Very professional and clear on the delivery schedule from order placement, well organised and kept me updated.
Assemble service was also exceptional.

Great service. We bought 2 beds and shipped them ourselves to France. I put the wrong base boards on the wrong bed and they were super helpful when i emailed so I could rectify it quickly. To note the ottoman is quite tricky to put together so definitely a great service that they build it for you if you ship in the UK.

Fabulous quality bed and good value, looks and feels much more expensive than what we paid and the mattress is just right. The only thing which could be improved is they gave us one sock and no further instructions on how to get the other one 😂 I think I’d rather they didn’t give one at all, or just gave a pair! But otherwise, totally happy with my order and the service.

Fantastic mattress; at first my daughter was not sure but true to their word Button & Sprung said give it a few days to settle in and now the mattress is for keeps...so comfortable and such amazing quality. I'm not thinking of getting one for myself. If you are looking for a good mattress look no further; it's worth the money

This is the second bed I have ordered and the first mattress. Really pleased with both. The customer service and communication very good. There was an issue with the headboard but it was quickly replaced.

I loved the customer service from Button & Sprung. They responded quickly on the website live chat function, followed up on email and then were very helpful over the phone. They delivered on time and the delivery guys were efficient and friendly. We haven't actually used the divan base yet as we're still waiting for the mattress from another company (don't use And So To Bed!!) but it looks very smart and the drawers seem solid.

Having spent ages trying to find a decent bed company that would deliver this year or at least before summer 2022, we were delighted to find Button & Sprung could deliver in a good timeframe.

The bed was delivered in good time, constructed well and cleanly - and (in combo with our Emma mattress) it is easily the most comfortable bed we’ve ever had and, unlike many beds, isn’t an eyesore. I should point out the comfort of the mattress (which we had been sleeping on the floor) was considerably enhanced by the bed itself.

I bought a mattress from them having previously and disastrously purchased a Simba mattress which I returned within 100 days. I thought the mattresses were quite pricey but fortunately I was able to go to the showroom to test their mattresses out. There are much cheaper mattresses out there, but the old adage you get what you pay for is apt in this case.

The staff were very helpful, the ordering process simple and the delivery seamless. I am really enjoying this mattress and not getting overheated as I was with the Simba. Also the support I get from the mattress (I ordered a Drysdale) is fantastic.

The first time I have used this company and I was so impressed from the order to the time this took and the efficient delivery and building of our bed ... we love it ! So stylish and comfy! Would def recommend!

Such a nice company to deal with. I’ve had to order lots of furniture recently after a house extension and have had some awful experiences with furniture shops/delivery companies. Button and sprung exceeded all my expectations.

After spending weeks and weeks, both online and offline, looking for a bed I came across this company. Somehow they never came up on any previous searches, of which there were many. I ordered some fabric samples and they arrived very quickly. Wasn’t sure about the shade that I wanted so needed to order more. Those were also delivered quickly. Was very apprehensive about ordering a bed from the internet without having seen it and also worried about whether the separate parts of it would fit up the stairs. There is a low point which had prevented access for quite a few items in the past. Emailed B&S to find out the size of the packaging numerous times for different beds and all the replies were answered within a few hours. I was impressed by their fast response and helpfulness. I also needed to ring them and they were lovely and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Eventually I went for the Burdock....it was plain and the headboard would hopefully fit up the stairs.

I have now had this bed for about 18 months and I love it. Seems very well made. Feels rock solid, in fact I haven’t managed to move it an inch. No idea how I am going to clean behind it. Doesn’t squeak, doesn’t wobble, doesn’t move. The headboard is so comfortable when you are reading in bed, and it looks higher than on the website. Quite a nice height really. The delivery men were wonderful, arrived when they said they would and assembled the bed in no time at all and removed all of the packaging. They also put my new mattress on for me (bought elsewhere because I couldn’t get to a B&S showroom) and one of them one was still cheery even after injuring himself. (Should add that my new mattress was made for one of my other bed bases and is shorter than the length of this new bed yet it looks fine, doesn’t move about on the bed and causes no problem at all. It did cause a problem on my slatted base bed which I replaced with this B&S bed).

Honestly couldn’t fault this company in any way from beginning to end. Customer service and quality of product are the two most important factors for a company nowadays and it’s rare to find a company excelling in both, but this company manages it admirably. So many companies fail at both that it was refreshing to come across Button and Sprung. Can’t recommend them highly enough....just wish that they made sofas now.
