The salesman was extremely patient. I must have tried 30 beds. He was knowledgeable and didn't hound me whilst I was trying to make my mind up. The payment process was straightforward and delivery options were clear.
The delivery men were polite and cheerful . They erected my new bed and took the old one away which was included in the cost.
All in all a very positive experience.

We have been buying from Prestige Beds for many many years and will continue to do so. Only grumble is the delivery men. Not the friendliest of guys and caused damage to my door frame . Can you ask them to not be so rushed and heavy handed then they can take more care.

Delivery took longer than expected but…
Delivery took longer than expected but once I spoke with them , I received a phone call and my headboard was as promised it was delivered the day after.....in the time slot that was promised. The lads that delivered (and fitted it for me) were friendly......just lovely, I would recommend them in an instance.

After spending the afternoon looking…
After spending the afternoon looking for two single beds and getting no were with sarcastic ignorant sales personal we went to Dreamland and was told they had a 4 week waiting for delivery ! They recommended Prestige, so of we went at 4.30 pm we went to prestige and in 10 mins bought our beds , the sales man was excellent and delivery was excellent, my wife came out of hospital to her new bed ,many thanks .
