Love the screen protector.. in the line of woo do my fingers usually get pretty dirty.. but no finger prints or smudging on the screen.. definitely a must have

TAC is a drop-shipping website cleverly disguised through influencer marketing. This is obvious as their TAC case arrived with a blatant AliExpress sticker on the box.

Their newest Wallet Tracker is also linked to “Shenzhen West Technology Co.” in the Find My app info. A quick search of this shows the original suppliers are selling this product for $5 (NOT $30).

Save some money and shop straight to the suppliers. I saw nobody mentioning the fact this is a blatant drop-shipping website, that has fooled many customers.

Poor customer support too. They only responded to me, when I publicly commented on their instagram.

Close to a scam.

Edit: They tried to take this review down, but Trustpilot stepped in and said nothing was defamatory about it. This shows that there are likely more negative experiences that they are trying to hide.

Super awesome slim case. Doesn't catch on your pants in and out of your pocket. If you're looking for a sweet slim case, this is it!

I wished I read the reviews before I bought the product as my experience is like others described. Also read the Legal information before you buy! It states they only take returns for unused products and they seem to apply this to defect products as well !!!! They answer emails in snail speed and drag it out most likely to have people give up and move on. The product I ordered was two slim find my trackable cards that suppose to make a noise when you are trying to locate them. They did not do that and it is impossible to find them. Going back and forth for two weeks and they answer every week once without acknowledging anything. Border line to a Scam!

If you like the lovely slick form factor of your iPhone and don’t want to add any bulk or weight, then this is the ideal phone case for you. It’s barely there and feels great in the hand with a silky texture. It offers good protection from scratches and the camera is well protected if you want to lay the phone flat on the table.
It fits like a glove and really is ultra thin.
Worth getting the MagSafe ring if you use that to charge or attach a wallet/charger.

After checking the reviews here, I was deterred to make the purchase. Contacted the brand via Instagram, expressed my reservation to purchase due to the bad reviews here. They acknowledged having an issue with previous shipments, claimed having refunded affected buyers and that everything was working fine now.

Felt confident to try after the fast reply, went ahead and made the purchase.

Case arrived less than a week later. Great product, exactly as described, and great experience overall.

Would definitely recommend giving this company a second chance.

I've ordered this screen protector and they've sent me the wrong one. Since 2 months I'm trying to get the right one from them but they're keep keep going back and forward with emails (answering very slow) trying to make me give up.

Do not buy from this website!

It took a month to actually get my phone case from them, after they didn’t send it for 2 weeks. When it did finally arrive it was a cheap plastic unmarked case, that wasn’t even the right colour.

I demanded a refund, which required me to return it to the US and took almost another month to get the return address.

It arrived at their address over a month ago and I still haven’t got my refund after multiple emails contacting their “customer support”.

Just a total bunch of crooks !
Order placed at the end of September, paid and validated, but never received !
No sending of the tracking number, because order never shipped.
Three emails sent since, without any response.
No point in placing any order, it will never reach you. And do not trust the Influencers who test and recommend this brand, they are necessarily accomplices...

I bought their iPhone 16 pro “premium” matte screenprotector. It looked really awesome in the YouTube video reviewing it and on their site.

However when I finally received the product I noticed that they sent me a completely different screen protector kit than what the reviewer had and what is displayed on their site!

I never received an installation kit, just four screen protectors. All of them looked different from the reviewer and in their site. When I browsed some cheap Chinese sites to look for an alternative I found the exact screen protector kit they sent me and it’s 34 times cheaper there. How can you sell something 34 times the price while contributing absolutely nothing?

I sent them an email four business days ago but I have yet to receive any response. I feel completely betrayed by them and I advise every single person on this planet to not buy a single thing from them because this is predatory behavior from them.

I am really sad I didn’t pay with credit card but with my bank so I am completely screwed with getting my money back.

It would have been better to just throw the €32,20 on the ground because at least someone walking by could use it, any hobo would be more deserving of that money than buyatac.

They contribute absolutely nothing and only make society worse by scamming people.

The case doesnt fit on all sides so one side sticks out. You would expect a phonecase company to at least make sure that their product fits on all sides but well. The quality is also very cheap… never again dont buy!!!

I purchased this phone case a couple of months ago, expecting it to be durable and reliable. At first, it seemed fine and fit my phone well. However, after a few months of regular use, it has become almost completely useless. The case has loosened to the point where it barely holds onto my phone. It's constantly slipping and sliding within the case, which makes the case feel cheap and of poor quality.

I have to be extremely careful when handling my phone because the case does such a poor job of keeping it secure. The fit is so loose that sometimes it feels like the phone might fall out altogether, which completely defeats the purpose of having a case in the first place. I've tried adjusting it, but the actual case has gradually increased in size, to the point it no longer fits the phone.

Given the way this case has deteriorated over time, I strongly recommend avoiding it. It's not worth the risk to your phone, and you'd be better going with another brand. The quality and durability are far below what you would expect, at this price point, and I'm extremely disappointed with this purchase. If you're considering buying this case, I suggest looking elsewhere for something more durable.
