The service. The helpful advice of talking me through an on line order and answering the phone on a Saturday evening. This was my first purchase. The firm was simple and the booking was easy. I was running late for my appointment the following week and I was put at ease when I rang . I was told where to find the park and to come in when I arrived. Explaining about the service and all the different types of products also how to go on line to find prices, buy or sell . Very friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. Also receiving my order it was so easy.Thank you.

I was overcharged for 2 orders I placed in January 2026 due to a website glitch. It was a lengthy process to connect with someone to discuss (hence the one star deduction), but once I was able to talk to someone in person the customer service offered was excellent.
