Life changing
At first, using a hearing aid felt strange because everything sounded louder than normal. But after a few weeks, I got used to it and now it feels natural. I can hear conversations much better, especially at home and in quiet places.
It’s comfortable to wear and the different settings are useful depending on where I am. It’s not perfect in noisy places, but overall it has made a big difference for me. I’m glad I started using it.The device is lightweight and comfortable enough to wear throughout the day. Battery life has been reliable, and the controls are easy to manage.
Overall, I’m happy with the results. It’s not perfect in every situation, but it has significantly improved my daily communication and quality of life. I would definitely recommend giving it some time and working with your audiologist for the best results.

I bought my hearing aids last summer…
I bought my hearing aids last summer and I couldn't have had a better experience, until I needed help. One of my aids was not working properly and I messaged the company. They got back to me within an hour and I was scheduled with the audiologist on the same day. WOW! The audiologist face timed me and walked me through the troubleshooting procedures for my aids and we were able to fix them. If the value of a company is defined by what they do after the sale, these people are knocking it out of the park!

Communication was spot on. The chat was actually quite prolonged because of my many questions. All the questions were answered appropriately. When I received the hearing aids they were ready to go right out the box as the audiologist had matched my audiogram to program the hearing aid before I even received them. The hearing aids that I purchased were half the price that my prior audiologist had quoted. The new devices are working perfectly.

The delivery was longer than I expected, based on their own stated objective. Customer service did not seem very knowledgeable about the performance of the item itself- kind of generic. The item purchased, a add-on for my Signal hearing aid works, but certainly not to the extent that it has resolved most of my issues. Just kind of average.

This is my third pair of hearing aids but my first experience with buyhearingaid.com. I've found the company to be very responsive. I've never had a problem getting in touch with a representative. They've been very helpful. I purchased the Oticon Zeal's at the best possible price and found them to be everything I had hoped for. I'd add, follow up assistance was very forthcoming. My next set of hearing aids will be from buyhearingaid.com.
