never reply my emails regarding my return policy questions. they said they will reply in 1 hour, totally nonsense. I sent them like 3 or 4 emails asking about their return policy, and after two weeks I got a return which was not answering my questions. If they reply I will buy a monitor worth 1400 from them, but now I dare not. they seems to be a very unprofessional company.

Great service. Delivery on time. I called the customer service, they didn't pick up but called me back and answered my questions.

I bought an item which through no-one's fault was not compatible with my devices. I contacted Kingston to return it and had an immediate reply, and my further questions were answered quickly, The return process went well and the refund was promptly paid. Any good supplier should be able to provide the right item in good condition (which Kingston did) but I think what takes a supplier from good to excellent is the after sales service and Kingston absolutely passed that test. I have already recommended them to a friend who has purchased from them.

I placed my order on Saturday with express delivery and it arrived on Wednesday. I sent an email to which I got no reply, so I phoned to get delivery info and the call was not answered, but they did call me back a couple of hours later and confirmed the details, so 4 stars. I ordered computer RAM which was well packaged and works as expected.

Item delivered the day after I ordered it. Speedy delivery gives my thumb up and 5 stars.

Had no problem with my purchase

I had a parcel that was despatched but never arrived. After contacting buykingston by email, I received a very prompt reply apologising and advising that a replacement would be with me on Monday (email sent Saturday). And true to their word, the item arrived first thing Monday. Well done to buykingston for their great customer service!

In summary: Great price, genuine product, swift service.
Would definitely recommend.

Shipping is a nightmare

Terrible service ordered on the 5th still not received it on the 14th, sent an email on the 11th and still not received a reply on 14th

Right product delivered in good time, with updates on despatch and delivery time

Firm refuses to honour Topcashback rebates and fails to reply to emails. Note the firm is a small operation not directly connected with Kingston.

Great product at a great price. Made ssd install simple . Followed tutorial videos and had replaced hdd with ssd all up and running in about 60 mins including copy time .

Ram has been installed with no issues so far delivery was around a week

VFM, Good service, easy Web site to use and prompt secure courier delivery.

Second time buy RAM stick. Both times quick delivery and have no complains about product.
