I love this gum I love the cinnamon it is my favorite flavor. I am constantly seeing ads from underbrush saying that Larine stole their formula and that it's not real and I am here to debate that fact entirely. The gum that I received from Larine is real it does not break down and turn into regular gum it stays with its consistency and has helped my oral health immensely along with a daily brushing and mouthwash routine. Thank you Larine for the opportunity to have real gum like the old days

Can I give zero stars? I could not get a way to cancel this no matter where I looked on their site. It was not until I responded to the “we shipped you an order without you knowing” that I wanted the order cancelled and refunded, as I do not want the product and have tried to find how to cancel it, that I got an auto reply that then gives a link to cancel my subscription, but not the order. I replied and confirmed nothing had been shipped out. I was told that the fulfillment order goes out right away to the shipper… but again, not that anything has shipped or even been packaged. I asked repeatedly to simply cancel my order. I was told no. Once it has been placed, in essence, tough luck, we don’t have to do anything. I found the replies on TrustPilot from “Hadiya”, who claims she can resolve whatever issues with billing and such. She replied to many negative reviews that state they had the same issue I did. Well, fun fact folks, I added the “hadiya” email that is listed in a lot of the negative review responses. She never responds AND GET THIS! I put a screenshot of her reply in the last email. The rep who has been emailing me, going by the name, Ma, told me there is no one at LarineCo named Hadiya. So yeah, the whole damn thing is a scam. The emails make it clear that the person writing them is not native to California OR Texas. Which, their contact info gives Rancho Cucamonga, California as their location then the bottom of their website says Conroe, Texas. Stay far far away from this company. Apparently the whole dang thing is a lie and Hadiya does not exist anywhere in LarineCo… or whatever the scam company is that is doing this. I can’t speak enough to how ridiculously horrid this company and the service (or lack there of) is.

Really enjoying this product. It’s long lasting and stays refreshing for a longer period of time than regular gum. Like that I can schedule it and not worry about remembering to get more. So convenient!!

Be aware and approach with caution. I never even got to try the gum and by choice. I spun the wheel got 50% off. Had to step away for a few mins and go back my discount was gone. Customer service kept asking me to send the a screen shot, umm how when it was a wheel spin. Then I was told that the can only apply certain discounts and need proof as they don’t have that on their end showing my 50%. Crooked business practice I think not.

This is a big scam, a order got placed automatically and I was unaware that this is going to be repetitive, within 2 hours of the order placed I have sent an email to cancel this order I got a response this cannot be done once placed, I have requested the team to check and let me know if this subscription got cancelled against my account and the team is not responsive.

This product is very useless and I request everyone to be aware before you order

Even after reaching out to the email ID I hear the same story that cannot be cancelled, the Worst company and the product as well

Not happy with this gum. I started with 4 boxes of 4 different flavors. No benefits yet that they claim “whiter teeth”, “stronger enamel”, “fresher breath”. The gum is hard to chew. I get about 10 mins of chew time per piece. The flavors really are nothing to brag about. And the auto-renew subscription is a joke! $59.33 for 4 boxes. I immediately canceled. Not sure how their money back guarantee works.

Great product my kids love the flavors too - We are happy customers. Do not like how difficult it is to switch up the flavors or delay autorenewal but now that we have it figured out, we are all set.

This company is straight up fraudulent in their dealings ! I made an order for gum to see which flavor I liked without knowing it was a subscription scam. I canceled it after paying$39 the first time but was still charged again! $ 65. I have numerous emails with the staff saying it was cancelled.! They charged me again $71 ! And of course they could only refund 25% for the very first order which was $14. How , in good conscience, can they keep doing this to people and expect to stay in business?? I want my money returned that was stolen from me please!… I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and every other platform and agency that I can .

This company confirms a subscription date change via email. However, they still ship and charge you. When you present them with the proof of the date change, they tell you, "too bad". Then ghost you once you hold them accountable. Due to these fraudulent business practices, I do not recommend them. Steer clear as they are not a reputable company. Gum is "lack luster" as well.

UPDATE: We had already contacted them regarding the issue and they REFUSED to take care of the matter. The response is a BS auto generated response. We currently have a dispute initiated with the credit card company to reverse the charges they refused to refund.

This company is not practicing legit business.
They make you jump through hoops to cancel your subscription, and by the way you can ONLY get a subscription type purchase from them that renews at different intervals. They tell you if you want to cancel you have to email them, and if they reply you get a link. They wont refund if a second purchase occurred, only the first. Enjoy my nearly double the amount of money from the first order, asshats.

They don't tell you are auto-subscribed to their refill plan so by the time you discover that on your bank statement, it's too late to cancel or get your money back!

That's such a scammy way to do business. they are only worried about Net New customers because they are guaranteed to fall for the exact same bullshit that the rest of us had to experience with their tactics.

Honestly I wouldn’t leave any stars if a zero were allowed. They put you in subscription which isn’t totally clear. They bill you then claim they can’t refund you because it’s shipped and won’t help you cancel your subscription. Then then they bury the cancel link and fade it out so it’s almost impossible to find and cancel. Very shady.

The gun tastes good, the only issue is that it loses its flavor within the first 5 seconds. The mints have a BAD taste, and I won't order them again. I also do not believe this company is representative compared to others out there.

Edit: I do not plan to reach out. I will add that even though the gum loses its taste within 3 seconds, the mints do not taste good at the end, I am impressed with the toothpaste. The warning I have to give is that LaraineCo is lacking credibility. The only dentist quote I could find on the website does not appear anywhere other than LinkedIn (with a similar profile photo), but it is only still in school, however. The other issue is that the package is the same as that of a seemingly more credible company found three years earlier. This is a warning to others that I missed.

If you’re considering trying this product, my first recommendation is to immediately turn off auto‑renewal if you purchase directly from their website. Canceling the subscription is extremely difficult, and even if you request cancellation, they simply don’t process it. They still ship the order, and once it’s shipped, they refuse to issue refunds.

Regarding the product quality itself, in my personal experience, it’s not worth the price.

What this company does especially well is attention to detail and follow-through with product, subscriptios, and cancelations. They don’t just complete the job—they make sure it’s done right. There’s a clear sense of pride in their work, and it shows in the final result.

This is a complete scam using a hidden subscription service. This gum is too overpriced for what is advertised. I did not notice any changes using the gum over the last 30 days. I ordered it the first time at a discount to try it out, however, the order did not advertise any sort of opt in to their 'Smart Refill' subscription service. It automatically does it to no warning of the consumer.

The refund policy dictates only the first order is refundable after 30 days, then you're signed up to a hidden subscription service where you cannot return the proceeding orders. Unacceptable.

I ordered the gum before I read the reviews, then immediately canceled my subscription after seeing all the warnings. I have no idea if it's a knockoff--not sure how I'd be able to tell--and the gum is a bit pricy, but otherwise, everything has been fine. I was able to cancel easily enough through the website. The texture is a bit unusual, harder and a bit chalkier than other gum initially, but once you chew it for a few seconds, the texture is the same as any other gum. And the mint flavors last long enough. (Berry didn't last as long as expected and I didn't try cinnamon.) I don't think this is making my teeth any less sensitive. And I don't see evidence of remineralization either. But as chewing gum, it's fine. I probably won't reorder, but that's simply because it's priced higher than I want to pay for chewing gum.

Scam product, scammy business practices. The gum doesn't remineralize teeth, no difference in 30 days. Received a notification saying a new order was going to be shipped, which they had already deducted form my account (I don't know where the info was saying I'd signed up for an automatic subscription??). I let them know straight away that I did not want the order and they said (essentially) too bad. The money back guarantee (of which I saw a 90 day one, and have a screenshot of this, but apparently it's only 30 days) only applies to first orders, which there was no asterisk next to any of these noting it was only for the first order.
