Customer service leaves a lot to be…
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Ok here's my experience. The product is good, price is very competitive, and shipping service excellent. But try getting an answer to a question. On two occasions now I have tried to contact them by email. On the first occasion, I had to send a reminder after hearing nothing for a week and then received a very short, blunt answer. I tried to contact them again a week ago with a different question and am still waiting yet they say they will respond within 1 business day. As much as they offer a good product, bad customer service is a real turn-off for me and I think I will start looking around for a different supplier.

Ordering was simple and secure
Ordering was simple and secure. I received my order quickly and was packaged securely. The CBD isolate is as described and much finer than my experience with similar products. Dissolves quickly and has no notable taste. Thank you! I will be ordering again!

Excellent experience overall, quality products and fast shipping
Purchased a CBD Day Drops with CBG, some full spectrum and broad spectrum oils. Products arrived quickly to destination in Atlantic Canada and only took about 4 days from ship date. Bottles were very well packed and labeled accordingly. Products have good flavor, none of that harsh burnt aftertaste, very clean on the palete. Effects are very noticeable and potency appears spot on with labels. Day Drops with CBG seem to increase focus and energy, very happy customer!

All round pleased with product and service
Free delivery was at my post office in 3 days! Awesome!
Have been using the CBD isolate for years and haven’t had my knee pain flare up since. Also give some to my elderly dog. Seems to help his mobility.

Topical XL Stick
Delivery was faster than expected which was a bonus. The product is just great - relieves my aches and pains. Even used the topical on the front of my throat and it relieved the sore throat I had!

Good experience.
I bought this product for my husband who has bursitis and tendonitis chronic pain and after applying it the first time, he felt a lot better and was able to improve his sleeping. Therefore, we are very satisfied and the delivery was very quicik. Very positive experience.
