Admin error was sorted eventually so was able to get new delivery date fast. Good communication and fast responses. Happy to recommend

They've been spamming me by email despite never signing up or using their services. I've unsubscribed on numerous occasions with no let up in the spam.

Usually very good sometimes the shop doest have certain items, but that's not the shoppers fault very handy if you don't have time to get to the supermarket

My main issue with the Buymie app is that once you're given a timeframe it updates to later every single time.

Every time I've ordered with this app my shopping has been delivered 3+ hours later than originally scheduled. I'm sitting here waiting for an order that was meant to arrive 5.30pm. it's now 19:44 and the estimation is 8.30pm. I want to go to bed and I can't.

Next time I will order directly from the store and get it a day or two later, but at least it will be at the arranged time.

When this works it’s a dream..and I was desperate for it to just work .. same day delivery?? woooo hooo. … but no unfortunately for me it’s was disastrous over and over again. If anyone from BUYMIE is going to reply to this can you please look up my name first and I’m sure you’ll see from your records the amount of times you guys have rescheduled my orders to different days at times without even telling me. Then when you contact them (in fairness the reply was always within 4 or so minutes) it was the same copy and paste apology about their availability of shoppers etc . I repeatedly asked why you were taking orders that you had no shoppers for .. same reply. I was given so many €10 off my next shop vouchers as apologies I don’t know how they didn’t go bust. I was a member of the BUYMIE plus plan where you pay a set cost per month and get free delivery. I threatened to cancel my plan multiple times having been let down time and time again, so I asked how do I cancel.. they couldn’t have cared less and offered to cancel the plan for me.. no questions or what can we do better . Then today I though I really need x,y,z I’ll give it a shot .. no slots or times or future time’s available 🤣 .. I contacted them .. the answer was we’re curtailing the service due to phenomenal demand …. That’s not curtailing it’s called zero service if you can’t place an order for any day..
I saw they won some award a couple of months back and it made me laugh . I’ve never been so let down and unheard by a company as BUYMIE ever. As I said at the start when it works it’s great but DO NOT rely on it if you really need stuff for a special dinner/party or something like baby food and nappies because chances are they won’t show.

It all depends on who is doing the shopping for you. Most of my shoppers are brilliant. Some not so great and I have made BUYMIE aware and they rectify the situation if possible. I always ask my shopper to call me before making substitutions, which they do, and overall I am very happy with the service.

Well packed, delivered with care

As a former independent shopper with buymie for over 2 years the company has become toxic. Low wages, no hours, no support and no minimum wage.

Honestly shopping with buymie is very convenient however I must say the fact that you need premium membership to look for delivery dates ahead of present day is disappointing

Customer service always replies within minutes with very accurate answers. The overall Service is very good.

Very disappointed with the annum charge.

Without subscription delivery charge is around €6.

With €79 subscription you get free delivery but have to pay an extra €9 for platform fee.

This does not make any sense.

I’ve used Buymie since 2021 and have to say it’s been very helpful. I’ve a chronic illness and don’t drive, so find doing a big grocery shop quite difficult in terms of carrying bags etc. My experience with the drivers has been good, they have been friendly!

Efficient and fast service. Shopper texted me to ask what I would like substitutes when some products were out or stock. All products selected were of good quality and in date. Excellent help from Shoushy in the live chat.

Waited around all day for my shopping (between 5-7 delivery) and got an email at 7 o clock to say it’s been rescheduled until Monday. I have 3 young children that were going to bed and it’s now too late for me to go out and get stuff and I’m also out the money for a few days until it gets refunded! Cancelled my order and deleting my account. Never again

My last experience.
Great costumer service and communication with the shopper/delivery. Bags were bagged with thorough thought and care. Best so far. Wish all were like him. 5* for this experience 4* based on overall.
