Not sure what product they use on commercial but it does not foam like. Way to overpriced for it to not work.

I was able to talk to a live customer service representative.

Only tjo.g is woth yhe extra tjo.gs offered thr typo was very small and almost hidden to press for not wanting to order extra things.

When I placed an order for TurboDrain cleaner, after being directed to PayPal for payment and then back to the site I was asked if I wanted another 3 products (one screen at a time) yes/no. I clicked no each time but the final screen I couldn’t get passed til I clicked on it and the next screen said order complete without allowing a check of the order. I checked my PayPal account and there were an additional 3 items added ( 4 in total all listed separately). I tried then to cancel by email but was told the order had already gone to the warehouse. After 2.5 weeks and many emails later the goods arrived but when I contacted TurboDrain again for a return address I was told I could keep the goods and they would refund 25% of the total order. I declined this but still could not get a return address and after another 2 emails and offers I was finally refunded the entire total which was more than I expected to happen and I am delighted. It was a bit of a frustrating process but I must say their customer service department is excellent as replies to emails are very prompt so 2 stars for ordering process and 5 stars for customer service

I boought few drain cleaners from turbodrain but after I placed the order I realised they added 3/4 extra items that I never selected .
As soon as I reliase and within. a second I cancelled the order .
The custoer care emailed me that the orrder has been placed and dispatched for shipping . Wow I was impressed they work like a flash . when I asked to share me the order number , the CC has been quite for almost a week now.
It looks like these giuys are scam .I would not reccomend anyone to buy their product .

Ordering was fine but dont like all the pop ups for additional products you are not sure your order has been placed.

I was very happy with the price so I ordered 2 of the drain cleaners.

The order process is not clear and no mention of postage charges. It's only once you have ordered that you get notified of charges. I tried to cancel straight after ordering but was told the order had already been dispatched...literally seconds after the order was placed, if you can believe it.
Since writing this I have received a full refund. I would still be cautious about postage and insurance fees that they add without prior notification though.

There is no option for me to reply to Gemma but what she has written is a load of rubbish that there is no options to add on stuff and basically the customer has to agree with the order before it goes ahead. So for clarity Gemma two items were added on as your company very well know because this is how they operate they think people will accept it and not bother because you are dealing with a company outside of the UK. So I stand by my review it's a scam company.

Didnt confirm the order but it went thtough anyway and added on a warranty that I didnt press, when I saw this order was confirmed via email I immediately wrote to cancel only 10 minutes after I supposedly ordered it. I received a reply instantly to say item already shipped, which I highly doubt. Kept on emailing to say I didnt want didnt order but got no where because they say I must return it. Now it says product delivered so back to more emails and they are unable to send me photo evidence of this "delivery " that obviously hasn't arrived so requesting a refund as I obviously paid the warranty but still getting no where . I will be contacting my bank to report this as fraudulent.

Just tried to cancel my transaction with Commerce Core UAB. It's a SCAM!!! Tried to buy Turbo toilet cleaner for £12, they charged much more without me knowing, by adding other items. Shock when I saw the email confirming transaction with over £70 paid. Impossible to contact them, based in Lithuania. AVOID!

I have marked as 5 star due to the excellent communication and support that I have experienced from the team -- very friendly, professional and supportive.
I must however say, please be aware of the delivery time which took far longer than I anticipated.

BEWARE - This is a SCAM website. I tried to order 7 bottles at £6.99 = £48.93. I was charged £102.93 in my bank account. DO NOT USE - YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!

THe emails I have been sent have been pleasant and helpful but I need to return the product as it won’t do the job required and I am waiting instructions
.I wasn’t happy but accepted a 50% refund as they clearly didn’t want me to return the product for which I have no use.

Customer service was good . Prompt replies to my queries . Had doubts as to suitability once I'd received the items . So requested refund .

I object to aggressive up selling tactics. If I want something I will buy it. Your practice is extremely annoying and unwanted
