DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. QUALITY IS POOR AND DESPITE AI-TYPE REPLIES FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF HELPING YOU RETURN ITEMS OR REFUNDING YOU.
I fully expect them to respond to this review with similar obfuscating language but to take no actual action to help me return/refund.
My experience so far:
13 May 2016 – placed order for 2 dresses
15 May £141.99 (sterling) comes out of my account
28 May dresses delivered
I find them a very poor fit and poor quality compared to advertised images (and price)
14 June I cannot find a return process with the delivery or on the website. The email provided on the website for returns is not recognised. I use an alternative contact email on the website to request a return form
15 June I receive a very long-winded email that instead of providing the return form/process as requested, instead tells me to take a video and/or photos of the items and send to them. I refuse as I have already packed them up immediately after trying them on. I also refuse because I shouldn’t have to do that and have never been asked to do that when returning items. I repeat my request for a return form/process.
16 June I receive another long-winded email that ignores my straightforward request for a return form or process and instead says they will give me a 15% discount off a future order. I obviously have no intention of placing future offers and am very annoyed I am being ignored with apparent replies that do not address my request. I very clearly repeat my request for a return form/process,
18 June Similar reply yet again ignoring my request – this time offering 30% discount off a future purchase. I very clearly refuse and repeat my request for a return form/process.

The blazer dress was a bit of a risk for me but I’m glad i ordered it. It feels confident and stylish especially for evening plans.

My set looked more expensive than what I paid in the warehouse sale. The pants were a little long on me but with heels they worked perfectly.

My dress arrived neatly packed and looked close to the photos. I was a little nervous about sizing but the waist and shoulders sat well on me.

I picked up one of the blazer sets during the sale and it made getting ready for work so much easier. The trousers have a clean shape and the blazer gives that polished look without feeling too stiff. I’ve already worn the pieces separately too, which makes it feel worth it.

I am extremely disappointed with the jacket I received. The product is nowhere near the quality or appearance that was advertised on your website.
The jacket I received is unlined, whereas the photos on your website clearly show a lined jacket. In addition, the sleeves appear to have been switched and have not even been properly hemmed. The fabric is extremely thin and feels as though it could rip very easily.
Quite frankly, this jacket is not worth $5.00, let alone the $100 I paid for it. I feel completely misled by your advertising and believe your company has ripped off its customers by selling products that do not match what is being advertised.
I would like a full refund and instructions on how to return this item immediately.
I look forward to your prompt response.

The company offered a 30% discount of my next purchase, as they said that the jacket would have to be returned overseas and this could take months. Their ad states that they operate on line in Melbourne. So you have an upfront untruth company, allegedly operating in Australia when they are overseas.

Ordered a jacket, when it arrived it was creased and extremely poor quality.
It is impossible to return items and no refunds are given, so beware!!!

Bought a highwaisted pleated skirt (that was marked down to $50 aud), and was sent a cheap pair of chinese, polyester shorts. So far have been unable to get better than a offer of a 70% refund. They did not ever offer to send the product i was supposed to get even though its still on their site (now only reduced to $70 - as part of their perpetual "warehouse sale ends tonight"). There was no return label supplied despite what they claim on their page. Also they display 4 and 5 star rated review on their page which font actually seem to exist anywhere...

Purchased dress and decided to return. Packaged item back into bag it was shipped in and followed instructions on website to initiate return. It has been a full week and they have so far refused to send me the return address for the package and continue to stall by offering me discount codes. Buyer beware, not a clothing store to trust.
