Notified by email or text on a regular basis as to what was happening with my delivery. Got phone call 30 mins prior to delivery. On time and delivery people were polite and helpful.

Terrible installation and worse customer service
Our pergola was installed yesterday and is totally out of alignment always round. I have sent pictures but have been told that it was alright when the fitters left. Which is clearly a not the case. Awful installation and now not even trying to put right. Given the opportunity to put right but not interested
