Ultimate fan!!
I’ve bought a number of pieces from By Glaze by now and every single time, I just love the pieces so much, they become my everyday staples!
Even when there was a fault with a stone in one of my pieces, the team were so helpful and professional, it’s no wonder I keep returning!

Really great customer service
Really great customer service. My mum bought me a gorgeous necklace from By Glaze for my birthday but u fortunately the clasp was a little dodgy and then the chain broke just a couple months after getting it. I emailed By Glaze and they sent a replacement, no problem and a free-post label to return the broken one. Was really impressed. Thank you

Poor quality for such a high cost
I've ordered a few pieces over the years and have been lucky enough to receive some as gifts. One of my 'wave' earrings broke recently (ordered Dec 2025) and I've really struggled to get a response from the company. I got one two days after first reaching out (fine) then didn't get another for 6 days, now 6 days later again I've tried chasing via email and instagram to no response. This is so frustrating as the cost is quite high for these pieces.
On a previous order one of my earrings also arrived unable to lock closed and I was advised to bend it back into shape. Again, for the cost I think this is really disappointing.
I also have two necklaces, one of which the chain snapped on so have been wearing the charm on a much cheaper chain.
In summary, I've found the quality of the pieces to be considerably lower than it should be, especially at such a high price point. The customer service has also been poor, and it's so sad as some of the designs are so lovely! Would not recommend this brand

I love these earrings. I wore my last set of Glaze earrings every day for about 3 years. I lost one, so I had to buy another set.
Great quality. Suitable for showering, swimming in the sea, and really comfy to sleep in.
