Ordered boots that were too small - staff got back very quickly to arrange a delivery of a bigger size, overall very efficient and good value.

They processed my order quickly and efficiently. Although the item didn’t fit me, they offered me a practical and viable alternative. They were absolutely lovely. I’d recommend this shop.

Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Wild Rose. I had to wait far too long for my order, with no satisfactory communication or proper resolution. The whole experience has been frustrating and completely unacceptable.
A customer should not have to chase a company for information about an order they have already paid for. The long delay and lack of proper communication have seriously damaged my trust in this company.
Receiving a notification saying that my order has been delivered does not make up for the stress and frustration caused by this entire situation.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Wild Rose. I expected much better service and professionalism. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I would think twice before ordering from them again.

My order hasn't arrived yet but so far there is very good communication with updates at every stage of my order which I should receive tomorrow. The ordering process was really easy and clear. Looking very forward to my new boots arriving

Incredible. The customer service was very quick in responding all my doubts. The shipment took a little bit of time but it went straight forward and I received the package in less than 10 weekdays!
Very surprised with the quality. It fits me perfectly. Just to let know, the sizes are quite small so check correctly before buying :)

Ignored my return request. Please respond. (You have to email them). Wouldn’t order again from them.

To their response below, I have done exactly this three times with no response.

Dear Wild Rose Customer Services,
I am writing to cancel my order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The item is unused and unopened, in its original packaging.
Please confirm receipt of this cancellation and send me your returns instructions or a prepaid label. I will return the item within 14 days of this notice. Under the Regulations, I expect a full refund, including standard delivery charges, to my original payment method within 14 days of you receiving the item or of my proof of postage.
I have made earlier attempts to contact you about this without a response. If I do not hear back within 7 days, I will contact my card provider/PayPal to request a chargeback or dispute and will seek advice from Citizens Advice and Trading Standards.

Amazing customer service and great products.

I wish I had taken more time to read the reviews rather than taken in by the website as I agree with many reviews. They advertise a 30 day returns which sounds simple but you have to pay posting and they add a 15% fee which is not so clear. Delivery takes a long time. The website photos look great but the product quality is really awful. Don’t be taken in by the website as none of it is as advertised from quality through to returns. In response to this review below you have sent an automatic reply. We have been in touch and you were not helpful at all

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered boots from this bogus company. They appear UK based but goods are shipped from China & returns are codtly. Tried to cancel but got offered 50% discount to post review, which they didn't honour. No eta and they've stopped communicating with me.
