First two orders went good, on the third I received an item that wasn't what i had ordered.. i spent hours trying to explain..i sent photos, order numbers, and did everything they requested,on the app, on instagram and Facebook messenger. My final response was I received what I had ordered therefore they owed me nothing. In short, they just took my money, stealing it..the item I wanted and the one they sent did in no way resemble each other. It wasn't expensive so I am not having a big loss..but I wouldn't buy from a dishonest company again.

Shein is terrible!! I bought a huge purchase of 36 items and they charged my credit card and marked it as paid then they told me to send them my ID and Bank Transaction records. I refused and they cancelled my order and I am still waiting for my money I had to call my credit card company to dispute the transaction.

I have contacted customer service several times but have got no satisfaction. My order was delivered to another city in November and after several emails I have still not spoke to a customer service representative. And I still haven't got my parcel even though they got their payment.

I started noticing items missing from orders and then realized time to leave. They said the orders were complete and I was lying and it made me feel less valued as a customer and my business was not important to them, so I decided to close my account and go elsewhere. No need to deal with that. They sure did not want me buying from their sight.

I ordered 3 dresses. Got an email they arrived -
They did not. Then it says it was delivered to a town I don’t even live in. I inquired with ontrac and they said it was delivered. I submitted 3 requests stating I did not get any package and I don’t live in x town.
I attempted to contact she in on their app and only got they are not available and to contact the following companies aka ontrac. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!
Finally gave up and had to dispute on my credit card. There is no phone service and they don’t respond to emails for on trac or the app for shein themselves. I will shop elsewhere.

I placed an order on Aug. 12, 2023. To date I have yet to receive anything. When I try to track my order, it keeps saying they can't find my account. DO NOT buy from this company. Total rip off!

This site promises free returns and wouldn't allow me to submit a request. I filled out the info countless times but when it got to the submit page would not accept it. I contacted customer service and never got a response.

My only experience with this company was disasterous from the get go. I was intrigues by a couple of garments on their website, so bit the bullet and decided to order. Of ocurse I had to create an account - should be easy-peasy, right? WRONG
The system repeatedly rejected my phone number - kept telling me to enter a valid number. So, I tried it in every combination I could come up with, xxx-xxx-xxxx, xxx.xxx.xxxx xxxxxxxxxx - NADA!
But wait! there was a virtual assistant begging me to talk. So I went there and entered my query. She did not understand. I repeated the question in simpler terms - still no comprehende.
The only thing she understood was "Have a good day!"
Never again will I waste my time on a hokey site like SHEIN. Lost a customer for life.

On mar 21/23 you took 35.14 out of my account for an order which I still haven't received. Please refund my money or send me my order. Gail Cartwright

Good quality goods. I am very pleased with my purchases. Although I read that it can take a few weeks for delivery from this company I decided it was worth the wait however my stuff arrived within 10 days which is brilliant.

I have messaged Shein Support. I've even tried contacting them via email for the past few months. I've spent a lot of money shopping from Shein. And I'm one of the highest gold star customers. They shipped out my last 4 packages using OnTrac and I didn't receive them. I even contacted After Pay support about my issue. Since they were the ones collecting payments . I've paid off all 4 orders. They told me that Shein had to issue a refund first. When I contacted Shein customer service ticket. I explained that the OnTrac delivery person wouldn't deliver my packages to my door. The packages were left in an unsecured area open to the public and stolen. One day I saw the OnTrac delivery guy leaving another tenants package in the unsecured area. I told him that he couldn't leave packages there and he had to take them to the person's door. He replied! His company told him to leave packages in the area instead of delivering them to the door. I told him he has caused me to loose money becuz my packages were all stolen. He replied ! Take it up with OnTrac support and walked away leaving the package . I took the package to the tenant so it wouldn't get stolen. I explained to the tenant what happened.

I haven't received anything from Shein.

I will give them less if I Could. I have purchase there before but NEVER again. They changed my order after I paid and remove the items that I got on a promotion and adjusted the price in the items left to make it match what I paid. I contacted customer service and they completely played idi@ts, responding the same over and over again like they didn’t even read my messages just pre-set responses that made no sense but clearly said no refund or replacement of the items. DONT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE THI3V3s and don’t solve issues. It’s exhausting dealing with this incompetence!!!!

I have ordered several times. Product quality could use an improvement. I have noticed inflation happening, where a product that cost $15, now has doubled in price. I hope that means that the quality will also be updated?I do enjoy the variety of clothes but I never know what I am going to get or the size consistency? One thing that I do like is that I have never had issues with on time delivery and service. They are responsive.

I've returned 2 items (MDRYN00N6A / GSHMVP00S000BVS) in October and payed a big return fee at my post office, send them the tracking no. but no feeback so far, even if I created numerous tickets. They just choose to ignore me. I am now without the dresses I return and with no refund from their side.
I would not recomment this seller. Shame on their return process!

My first time ordering from SHEIN and I ordered several items. Each piece seems to be "true to size." I am overall excited to find deals on good fashions.
