I have made an order two months ago, and at the order tracking they said it arrived and nobody get it, so they sent it back , I left 10 messages about my package, and the only answer I got was a
stupid bot that send me automatically messages.

Great! love the clothing and arrive always fast, however, I recommend to purchase a size up because the clothing tends to run small.

I have been ordering on Shein for a couple of years now. I have never had my orders lost which I am thankful for because I do read how others packages get lost. I am able to find items for a very cheap price whether it is clothes or storage things. The site has an array of items. I like the earrings that are on the site as you cannot go wrong with sizing or quality for the most part. Earrings whether from Shein or Claire's or another place is the same since it is fake jewerlry.

When I buy clothes on the site, I read the reviews and try to check if there are any pictures posted from other users. I also get items that are deeply discounted already so I am okay if the item does not work out. I also read the size chart as each item is different. I hardly ever return items because they make you pay for the return so it is not a full refund. I do not think it is worth it so I make sure the items I am getting are cheap enough or kind of hard to mess up. Obviously, the shipping time can be quite a while. I have items come in 3 weeks since it was coming from Shenzhen where as some items were already in a US warehouse so it only took like 5 days. Shipping time varies, but always order things you do not need right away or make sure you order it in advance to when you think you will need it. I do not think paying extra for expedited shipping actually helps your items come quicker. I use to pay the first time I ordered, but I stopped because it was not worth it. You wait the same amount of time.

Half or more of my clothes come from Shein. I think a couple of years ago the quality was worst. I think the quality is comparable to f21, h&m, etc. Clothes are usually thin on the site so summer clothes from there are ideal. I have received one of my packages yesterday and was very happy about it. However, I still have not received my other order. I accidentally clicked 'confirm’ after I ordered it but the customer service on the Shein website said it was nothing to worry about. I also got logged out of my account so I can not see the tracking number but I have a picture of the order number. The order number is GSHMYX005000QRK. Could you please let me know if it has at least been shipped out.

I received my first previous three orders but two of them had to be returned cuz people forgot to provide my apartment number and I'm pissed I spent a lot of money on these clothes

I ordered a sweater and dress from Shein and they weren't true to size (way off the size) and had the worst quality.

I always ordered from Shein and the products were always good but I don't think that anymore after what I have received yesterday.
