We’re so sorry to hear about your recent order experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. After some investigating we can confirm that the order you placed on 1/20/23 was delivered on 1/27/23. We’ve shared tracking information from the shipping provider to the email that is associated with your Cabinet account. We also looked into our email notification system and you should have received an order confirmation email for your 1/20/23 purchase, a shipping confirmation email on 1/23/23, along with shipment delivery emails on 1/27/23. It's possible they may have ended up in your spam folder.


We want to thank you for your interest in our prescription program. As we are still in the pre-launch stage, our lead pharmacist is personally reaching out to folks about the pricing and transfers, and there is a bit of a back-log. Thank you so much for supporting our mission to eliminate single-use plastic from medicine! While we're fully on board with the idea of having vegetarian and vegan medicinal alternatives, we do not have any concrete plans to transition our portfolio to non-gel versions at this time. We've absolutely noted your request though, and we are constantly assessing our plans to expand our offerings to serve more folks. We'll be sure to announce when we are in a position to be able to start offering these alternatives!

While we don’t currently offer vitamins, we are always looking to introduce new products and features to our lineup in the future! There has a big demand from the Cabinet Community for vitamins so it is at the top of our list! We're also happy to share that we'll be launching the option for larger bottles sometime this spring.

Innovating in the pharmaceutical space is exceptionally challenging from sourcing an ethical supply chain to the high cost of adopting sustainable practices. We understand the upfront cost is higher as the child-resistant glass bottles are meant to be kept for a lifetime and become a permanent collection in your medicine cabinet. Each refill depending on the medicine ranges between $8-$12 and is packaged in a 100% industrial compostable pouch. They are also batch-level quality tested through a 3rd party lab for allergens, carcinogens, gluten, and purity. This ensures that every batch of medicine that goes to market is high quality and free of harmful ingredients—making Cabinet the first healthcare company to do so. We designed the world's first sustainable medicine system to eliminate the 190 billion plastic medicine bottles that end up in our oceans and landfills each year and are proud to play a role in driving our industry towards a more sustainable healthcare future. It is also part of our mission to invest a portion of our profits towards our sustainable initiatives such as our plastic and carbon offset programs, along with additional research and development in sustainable packaging in the pharmaceutical space.
