Great service
Had to talk to customer service because I thought my pill box was missing. Was just a miscommunication (but please do put in the email that is shipping separately. The order summary made them look like they were shipping together hence the confusion😳.)
Customer service was super polite and friendly. I can’t wait to see what other products they stock. I am definitely going to be a customer for life!

Great customer service
I had a hard time opening the bottle and emailed the company to get directions. Someone immediately emailed me back and sent a picture on how to open the bottle. So very helpful.

When our team was first developing these bottles, we wanted to ensure that the caps were child-resistant. As part of our child-resistance certification, we made the caps quite tight, which we recognize presents a challenge to some. After receiving some mindful feedback from our community like yourself, our team is currently evaluating if they can be "loosened" at all to ensure everyone even those with arthritis or a disability can easily open the bottle.
Making Medicine Cute and Environmentally Friendly
When you are sick or need medicine it isn't always a pleasant experience but with Cabinet Health the jars are so cute and I feel good knowing I am not contributing to waste when I need to buy meds.

Love this company. Had a package disappear and the replaced it for me with no problem! Super helpful customer service. Truly didn’t even care about the inconvenience of the package being missing because they were so easy to deal with. Grateful!

Good product, poor technology

The Real Ones
Most "eco friendly" companies make me skeptical -- all the extra plastic packaging being used to create "reusable" containers for makeup or perfume or what have you. And don't get me wrong, I love reusing containers! But Cabinet does it best.
The bottles are glass, but I have yet to break one (and I am very bad with glass lol). The caps are sturdy too, and the bottles hold WAY more meds than I ever expected upon first glance. Plus the meds work just as well as any drugstore brand.
The magnetic label is GENIUS and i love that they sell empty bottles too, so i can fill one up with famotidine.
