Love being able to get OTC meds in a sustainable way. However, I haven't been able to reorder refills for a while for my most commonly used meds. As a result, I had to purchase the bottle with the meds again to get them before I ran out of them. To be fair, the bottle is the bigger size though I would have been fine with using what I have already. And, since I didn't need anything else, I had to pay 9.99 for shipping, making the overall cost more than what it would have cost to buy locally in a bottle I also don't need.

Excited to be part of an innovative company doing good in the world by protecting the environment. Excellent customer service, too!

Great company for when you have allergies. They worked with me to double-check the medication that worked for me

I’m excited to do what I can to reduce plastic waste! Easy system to set up, the jars stack nicely & I love the magnetic labels! The price is also amazing! Only downside is that the jars can be a bit hard to open.

While I love that the larger bottles are an option now. I have a smaller space to keep my OTC meds. I would prefer to keep the option to choose what is best for me.

Once I got logged in ( I had to reenter all of my information because of your website change - but I understand) it was easy. Site is easy to navigate, and easy to check out.

Cabinet makes it easy to have a more "green" medicine cabinet that looks great!

Very expensive for pill bottles that are ridiculously hard to open. Love the concept, in reality it needs some work. (If medicine from the pharmacy is in child safe bottles that are easy to open, these bottles have no business being so difficult to also use.)

I am pleased with the environmentally-conscious decisions that were made with each aspect of the purchase. The containers are strong too because I dropped one and it fell on the floor but didn’t crack, chip, or break at all! The medicine choices are also fitting for my needs. I will be buying refills when the time comes!

Website is more confusing re bottle size etc. you should make it more clear about what bottle size comes with what and or allow selecting different size bottles.

I ordered 3 little shark packs because they had the three different types that I wanted in the picture. To my surprise, all three in the collection were one kind for sinuses.

Great company, great products

I love the mission of this company. While my below critiques are minor for me, it may be significant for others so writing them here;

I’m someone that needs everything to match. So while I bought some OTC meds, i wanted empty bottles to put some already existing OTC that I have. It was a little hard to find what I wanted on the site. I couldn’t just go to the product page, I eventually found the product by going to the FAQs where there was a link to buy the product. Sadly, The empty bottle did not come with a blank magnetic top.
(Side note, I wish the empty bottles were cheaper, the empty bottles were just as expensive as a medication that came with a bottle).

I’m not sure about others but it is really hard for me to open the bottle. Perhaps it’s the square nature of the bottle, it’s hard to grab bottle and cover, push down, and twist. You have to REALLY push down. I wish it were a tiny bit easier to open; which could possibly be done by shaving down the size of the notches on the cap? Fortunately, though I don’t need to take these particular OTC meds all the time.
(Side note, still hard to push down, but I also figured out you have to turn the cap counter clockwise to open.)

The font of the med name, instructions, name of the drug is very tiny. I at least wish the med name was bigger, the “digestive health” or “pain med” is bigger than the med name. There isn’t a lot of real estate at the top, so I get why it had to be done. That being said, the magnetic tops are so cool. I love that you can take it off and find more info on the back.

I hope there is focus on more OTC products in the near future so I can stop buying plastic bottles. If there are other products, I couldn’t find them on the site (I found some on Amazon in plastic bottles that I couldn’t find on their site…which really confused me).

This is a great product! No old does it make my medicine chest look clean an organized it is also a great mission which helps saves the planet. And most important their product works!

I love the pill containers. I can’t wait for them to get larger ones. They stack nicely. Seem like great quality!
