There bottles are the best!! I’ve purchased several to transfer my prescriptions into, unfortunately I am unable to use their prescription service due to my insurance. The medications they provide are equivalent to any generic in the stores. I’d like to see the generic for Zyrtec as a choice for allergy medicines.

Update #2 finally received remaining order but company had to place a replacement. 3rd box was never delivered & stuck in transit. Was still missing one product but they sent it out immediately. So far happy with the product itself, although I wish it was an option to order blank caps of any color and the possibility to order just the magnetic tops identifying whatever products you prefer to put into the empty bottles.

Update #1: changed to 2-star review. On 6/7/23 the company did reach out, apologized & offered a 20% discount on 2 future orders. They also provided 3 separate tracking numbers, (whenever I was only given 1 tracking number to begin with). However, nowhere was it indicated my order would be divided - my account states my order was delivered in full and I even received a confirmation email stating delivery was complete, except it’s been 9 days and I’m still missing an entire box… 5 days after receiving 1/2 my order, the 3rd box is still stuck in transit. Confused why my order was split at all? Plenty of room in 1st box for all items - serious waste of packaging materials & resources for a company claiming to be “sustainable, cutting down on plastic waste” and “carbon neutral shipping (3-7 days)”. So far needing work on quality control, and reduction of packaging, plus correcting communication errors with customers, accurate account updates, tracking and shipping issues.

6/5/23 1-star review. Missing 9 items from my order & was given 3 items I did not order. How do you mess up THIS badly? 1st time customer & probably won’t order again. It’s been two days & I haven’t heard back yet. So far NOT impressed. Placed order on 5/31/23, received 1/2 order on 6/4/23.

IT was easy to find what I wanted and order it. Simple process.

Great concept in reducing packaging and the product quality is amazing

Easy to customize bundles. Fast shipping. Love the eco-friendly packaging the whole way through (glass bottles, metal lids, paper packaging) and that the bottles are then refillable.

Your website is very difficult to use. I’m sure I would’ve purchased more products, but it was difficult to maneuver the site. So I just got the basics for now. I would also like to know if I could purchase additional bottles.

being that I wait till the last minute to get my RX filled this would not work for me all the time...also I didnt get my bottle when I got my meds

been trying to order my refills for over a week. Wanted to use the $15.00 coupon. My pc does not have the capability to scan a QR code and I do not like to do transactions on my phone....small print. Could not find a good number to call for assistance. Tryied to email and I do not have an outlook account to compose the email...only gmail at this time.
Had to wait until one of my kids came from out of town to help me read my phone screen. NOT customer friendly. I am elderly and use a big screen for my pc! Got it done. Really like the nasal congestion pills...helps alot...trying I few others. really like the eviromentaly friendly, but with my sinus issues I can not afford to run out and have to exspirement with alternatives.....the nasal decongestant works very well for this and easy to carry in my pill cylinder.

Receiving a large box in the mail with a small packet inside doesn't make it seem like Cabinet is truly concerned about sustainability. Additionally, there was no clear information at check-out stating that the bottle ships separately, and nothing in the FAQ section, which led to concerns about attention to detail and a lack of clarity around something as important as medications.

Customer service is fantastic and I love that my meds are in environmentally conscious packaging!

I'm so happy Cabinet Health is ending the status-quo of putting all of our products in plastic. Pricing is competitive and shipping is fast. I'm so happy they are using compostable packaging—I've been searching for this type of pharmacy for years!

I am really excited about these refillable Medication containers and being able to reduce my plastic waste. I have already ditched paper towels and napkins for reusable cloth so this is perfect. I just hope the list of medication refills grows. This would be a 5 star review if they had more medication available to purchase.

Amazing customer service! The pharmacist called me multiple times on my cell phone when I was having issues transferring my prescriptions and worked with me through the entire process to make sure all my meds were properly transferred to Cabinet. Joanna the pharmacist is amazing and I can’t wait to receive my medicine and support Cabinet moving forward. Plastic-free medicine is the future, so happy to have found out about Cabinet.

I made a mistake in my order and would like the website to allow me to edit or cancel the order. I also spent a lot of time trying to find the empty bottle I bought before and could not find it, couldn’t find a search function, and link provided in the FAQ to the empty bottles is broken.

Cabinet Health is so responsive to questions during the transfer process. The product is beautiful and the online system is crisp. Thank you for a great experience!

Fast Accurate Service

Dislikes: Can't order more than one prescription at first. Can't combine prescription and OTC purchase. Cart v. cabinet is confusing. Have to go through questionnaire multiple times to learn about RX process and to finalize it. Couldn't use welcome code for RX. Wish ibuprofen was available. Wish the pharmacy took insurance.
