It took almost a month to receive my medication, and they did not send it out until I inquired. Also, once the medication got here (first ever fill) I did not get a bottle. Just the pouch! Absolutely terrible logistically. What I will say is the customer service was alright.

Its been a month and my perscription hasnt been transfered or shipped. I reached out for an update and havent gotten one.

Shipping kills you when you try to order a refill.

I saw these on shark tank and the product and concept really appealed to me and I knew it was something I could stand behind.

Switched my prescriptions to Cabinet finally! Love the bottles. Hated the wasteful orange pill bottles that everyone just assumed would never change. These are stackable, glass, child resistant, etc. Perfect. And they just arrive to your door in compostable refills pouches.

I ordered my medication in a timely manner, my order is still pending, I’m out of medication, and I had to go pick it up from my pharmacy. So far this doesn’t seem to be a viable choice for my medications. When I asked a question about my pharmacy, I got a very scripted response, which was no help to me. I really hoped that this would work out and I would be able to use this company and reduce my footprint on the environment.

I love the way my medicine cabinet is looking so much neater now, and less waste in the environment. Customer service responded to an issue I initially had opening the top very quickly.

Edit 2: They made up for taking a long time by shipping my meds overnight at no extra cost which I was really grateful for because I got them right on time! The bottle is beautiful and looks so much better than regular plastic pill bottles and I’m glad it’s more sustainable. It’s child proof and looks lovely on my bedside table. I hope they take insurance in the future but for now the cost is a bit more expensive than with my insurance even when buying a 90 day supply. However, with the outstanding customer service and the quality of the product I’m really happy I ended up choosing them! I hope they expand their OTC meds too in the future ^^

Edit: Cabinet reached out to figure out what went wrong with my prescription - turns out I was out of refills! I do think they should have reached out WAY sooner (maybe the next day after contacting my current pharmacy so I could intervene and call my doctor) but customer service has been great. Will update this review as more info comes along.

Original review: Idk where my meds are… I gave y’all two weeks before my refill was due but they’re not even processed yet?

I just wanted to order refill bottle. The toggle with the counts doesn't reset when you switch from medium to large so it took me several tries and triple checking to make sure that I didn't mess up the order. When the cart pulled up, the images for all of one size bottle where the same color, even though I had order several different colors and the descriptions were correct. Again, it just took way longer than it should have and I was second guessing where I should have been able to complete my order easily. I'm excited about the product, but at least some aspects of the website need a little work.

I absolutely love the these products. Beautiful packaging and meds work great. Suggestion: I do wish I could choose refill quantity size, like a smaller bottle quantity or larger bottle quantity so I don’t waste meds that I don’t use as often before the expiration date.

The medicine was well packaged and arrived promptly. I absolutely love the concept and have been looking to buy from them. The only thing I could point out is that I wish they had more types of medicine such an antihistamine.

Medicine and bottles are amazing! The one flaw I noticed was that some of the medications bottles aren’t filled to the top. I paid for the full size bottle and expected to have a filled bottle. Other than that it’s great!

When i found this site I was a little sceptical but after getting some things from it I wish I knew sooner. It gets here fast and works much better the what I can get at the store.

Delivery was fast and bottles came intact. Love that I could get rid of my plastic medicine bottles and switched to these. So easy to stack and beautiful looking.

I wanted to bundle an order but it immediately went to shipping. Plus the shipping costs???
