I got spam email from a guy called Pavel G who kept asking me if I was interested in his platform. I didn't reply or encourage him in any way. He then starts saying he's been trying to get in touch with me for days (creepy) but finally that he won't try again.
Then I get another email telling me my profile has been listed on their directory without my consent with some blurb about it being like what Google Maps or Trip Advisor do. It's not at all comparable and they obviously know they have to justify themselves.
Listing your profile is free because they just do that for you without asking but beyond that there're of course fees involved that they kindly tell you you can pass on to your student if you prefer.
When I requested to be removed I was thanked for my "edit suggestion". It's not a suggestion.

We are implementing Cademy on our Company site. I am absolutely amazed at the level of support offered.
I am used to technical (Coding) issues taking months if not years to be 'looked at' and if at all 'processed'. But the Cademy team take any issues you have seriously and help every way they again even if that means change something on the system itself!
Look forward to using the system more and more.

Simply love it. It allowed me to bring all my processes in one place, from course building to getting payments and communicating with attendees. It is a fairly complex system though, but when I can't find my way around it the guys on support will help me out in no time. Stellar customer service.

It appears Cademy list institutions without the institutions' permission, knowledge, or consent, then they attempt to convert that into a sale of services. It's an old trick, and a low one. Go away Cademy, no one wants you and no one needs you. You are the business equivalent of a tapeworm.

Every time a stumble on an technical query i go onto their chat box and they answer me straight away and what i love is they are human and not a robot. They often record small personal screen shots of them doing things and this really helps me to remember things for my next event. Thank you Cademy, what excellent customer service

Cademy is a brilliant booking system that we have been successfully using for over a year, after realising the features worked better for us than our previous, very well know, event booking system! They are super quick and helpful to come back to you with any questions you have about Cademy. They were fantastic at dealing with my query this morning. I highly recommend giving Cademy a try!

I rang with a routine issue about bookings and ticket allocation. They not only identified the error (my fault) and corrected it in that instance, but they also identified future customers, events and courses that also had my error and corrected the whole lot. Just overwhelming service really as it was my error and I fully expected to have to sort out my mess myself.
