Helped me even though english is my second language(!).

I used Steve many years ago, and came back to him years later -to find he was still the helpful, knowledgeable and personable person he always was.
Can highly recommend.

Excellent, knowledgable...patient with a Level 1 user. Did a great job for me. Would highly recommend. Shame I can't give him 5.5!!

PC was blue screening constantly. Steve fixed it in one day, He's great to deal with and very reasonable. An absolute star!

Steven Aspinall saved our sanity tonight, by sorting our TV wifi problem that had been stressing us out for over a week! His response to our enquiry, was fast. He was friendly and made us feel comfortable in his presence . He definitely knows his stuff and I would highly recommend him.

Steve virtually saved my life (again) by getting both my Printer and my Scanner going -after they both had stopped working.

I have contacted Steven twice recently regarding an email issue. He was extremely helpful and patient when explaining what he was doing to resolve the issue. I would not hesitate to contact him again if I need help & support with any IT issues.

Stephen Aspin has been helping me for over a year. He is excellent in all respects, solving problems no matter how long it takes. He has transferred data from an old PC to a Chrome book, saved me from losing an email account amongst other things,including printer problems
The latest magic for failing eyesight, using my TV screen as an alternative to the small chromebook screen He is also an excellent teacher, explaining and transferring his knowledge very effectively.
I am completely happy to have him in my home and I cannot recommend him highly enough

I urgently needed a power lead for my MS Surface, that I had left behind in Manchester. I fully intended to have to need to buy one and looked to find a second hand one.

Steven went well above and beyond in lending me one for the day. Very grateful and outstanding service. Will return when I need a repair or ongoing IT Support.

Same day, sorted router, back online. Very happy.

Steve sorted out all my passwords and really helped reduce my anxiety about them (without talking down to me at all).

Steven came same day to sort a WiFi issue, setup printer/scanner/copier, uninstall unnecessary programs from my PC to make it faster -and also got 1 more year's Windows Updates of Windows 10; so I don't need a new PC.

Fixed email, fixed printer and fixed Windows10 updates for another year .

excellent service, such a great guy, helpful, friendly and explains everything well. Can't recommend him highly enough a definite 10 out of 10

We first used Steve's services 2 years ago. He recently supplied & set up a new computer, transferred files & data & made it more user friendly (for a non tekky). He also upgraded our laptop. Steve is professional & knowledgeable & we're very satisfied with his work. He is pleasant, trustworthy & we felt comfortable having him in our home. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone requiring IT services.
