The engineer who came to repair my dishwasher was very efficient and quickly identified and repaired the problem.
One issue was that this was the second date arranged for the engineer visit, re-scheduled at short notice by Respond Services. This meant I had to set two days aside to receive the engineer, which was rather inconvenient.

Brilliant service engineer very good and informative

Unfortunately despite the engineer being very thorough the problem still persists when following the advice and repairs given.

The engineer was friendly and committed to ensuring that my appliance worked well after the repair. He also explained the issues with my appliance in a simple and easy to understand manner.

I am more than pleased with the service I have been given by the company. Tony, the fitter, was extremely thorough with his work and couldn’t have been better.

The Man arrived on time. He was friendly and polite.

Engineering Daniel, was efficient and skilled from the first visit until the closing of the job.
He told me what he will be doing, he ordered the part He changed the main part of my washing machine with skills and efficiency, no fuss, no mess.
He talked little but worked hard and with precision.
He is so young and so skilled, I was impressed.
He also made no mess at all.
First time ever that an engineering doesn’t make a mess around him.
He tested the washing machine before leaving, tide his things and very politely wish me a good day and went his way.
We need more people skilled like Daniel. 5 stars
