We bought our new washer from the cleveleys branch and the chap in the store was brilliant with us.
Really knowledgeable and friendly.
Transaction was easy and their installation engineer arrived as arranged and fitted our new machine perfectly.
He gave us some advice on how to use the machine and explained the guarantee etc...a very professional & friendly person, a credit to five star.
We will go nowhere else from now on.

Lovely staff, really efficient service and great prices

Over the last fortnight we have bought an electric ceramic hob, an oven and a fridge freezer from this company. The service has been first class from our first visit to the shop to the last delivery and installation. They were able to accommodate our request to have the old fridge freezer collected for recycling on a different day from the delivery of the new one,so that we could transfer all the frozen foodstuffs into the new one. The name "Five Star" is very apt.

They went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. From the point of discussing options for purchasing a new washing machine great patience and attention to detail was given to helping my 88 year old mother. Shaun and Ian were extremely polite, patient and professional. Installation was done with great care for her property and patience given with their demonstration with particular attention from them to the frailty of my mother.

My mother said she trusts five-star services and appreciated their excellent service and that they were lovely.

The process was very easy I ordered my new washer online they then rang me with a delivery time which was very accurate and removed my old washer free of charge.

Very clear website with all products listed with full information, easy payment method online, made the order yesterday afternoon the freezer was delivered next morning . Put into position and old unit taken away with all packaging.

The helpful sales lady explained the different tumble dryers. I chose the one I wanted and it was delivered and fitted within the expected timeframe.
