Microwave repair.
The engineer called when he was 10 minutes away and was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was also very courteous, but best of all he left us with a working microwave. Top man.

Professional, efficient and well worth the money
Our engineer turned up exactly on time, having rung me 15 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem immediately. He had the repair completed in 30 minutes and the machine working again. He explained to me what the fault was, he showed me the defective part that he had replaced with a new one.
He was really polite, really smart in AEG branded shirt with a clean AEG branded van. A really professional and efficient experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to offer the AEG fixed price service. It’s piece of mind to know there will be nothing else to pay over the fixed cost.

The technician went through diagnostic tests to find the problem which was then replaced from parts carried in the van .
It was also reassuring that machine information was checked on line prior to the visit!

Fridge freezer repair
Very fast friendly and professional service. I was told a time span when to expect engineer and he called me when he was 10 minutes away. He was polite very knowledgeable and order parts needed as I had cracked drawers and one completely broke in half he is arranging these to be sent. He explained the workings and how to keep fridge healthy. I can not praise highly enough

Disappointed customer.
Had a very nice engineer call round. Assured me he had replaced 3 parts of the machine. One being the heating system and everything was up and running. Went to use it today 7/10/2026. Switched on, everything lit up, pressed start button nothing happened.
