Account closure never done/ fraud and cheating..
My account isn’t closed till now after requested account closure two weeks ago. I asked few times to close my account so far no response from the management. I lost another 255 euros during this time.
Still live support says my request will be handled as soon as possible. Don’t play in this casino and they won’t follow any rules. Especially they have no license so far and casinoguru is useless for giving high ranking for this casino 9.4? Cadoola you have to accept your mistakes and refund my deposits.

Cancelled withdrawal
They cancelled my withdrawal request(500euro) via bank transfer and they said that probably is my bank ... I contacted with my bank customer services and they said that obviously there is no problem... So i did a new withdrawal request and now i am waiting 3 working days...

After i made withdraw with BTC, they told me they will process the withdraw minimum after 3 working days..
I am playing at several casinos and withdraws takes usually not longer then few minutes!
