For clarity, the timeline is as follows:
I initially submitted a withdrawal request on 23 December 2025, which remained pending.
Due to the delay, I cancelled that request and reprocessed the withdrawal on 28 December 2025.
As of today, the withdrawal is still pending with no clear update or resolution.
Please note that if this matter is not resolved and the withdrawal is not processed promptly, I will have no alternative but to escalate the issue and report it to the relevant gambling regulatory authority for further investigation.

Purtroppo sono dei truffatori, tutte le recensioni positive su trustpilot sono false mentre quelle negative sono verissime.
Non versate più un centesimo su questo sito e se avete dei soldi sul conto giocateveli pure alle slot per passare il tempo perché tanto il prelievo non arriverà mai.
