Ciao Gio Vanni,
premesso che noi vendiamo solo articoli originali e che quindi stai facendo una diffamazione... hai acquistato una maglia della Romania con numero e nome standard, di cui c'è benissimo l'anteprima del font che si sarebbe utilizzato. Non esiste nessuno al mondo che può neanche immaginare che un negozio abbia disponibile il numero e nome che usano i giocatori rumeni in campo e che addirittura abbia le relative lettere sfuse per comporre un nome personale. Fermo restando che nella pagina prodotto è chiaramente visualizzato il font che si andava ad applicare.
Riguardo alla scarsa qualità, il numero e nome utilizzato è della dekographics, azienda leader mondiale per la produzione dei numeri e nomi.
Riguardo alla comunicazione pessima, come hai fatto l'ordine abbiamo spedito e consegnato, quindi di che comunicazione pessima parliamo?

Ordered a Sampdoria shirt printed with Quagliarella 27 on the back.
At first I was sceptical because I didn't get an order confirmation but paid with PayPal. Turns out I somehow managed to misspell my own email-address.
I placed my order in the night from Saturday to Sunday and already got my shirt on Tuesday (from Rome to Frankfurt).
I will definitely buy there again.

Hello,
we already made the refund yesterday, after reading your mail about the expiration date of your order.
So we do not understand why you are "hoping GOD for the return".
You made your order on Saturday night (1st december), we called you on Monday (3rd dec.) and the day after (4th dec.)at this number: 3669723782 but nobody answered.
We replied immediately to your mail on 6th December explaining the problem. After having received your mail about the expiration date on 10th we made the refund.
We made a mistake about the availability of a product, and we are sorry about it and you are right.
Yet, the rest of your story is full of lies. And we do not understand why you are continuing to send mails (today 4 mails) where you insult us and denigrate our work. You look like a stalker.
This is the replay to your second post: you wrote in the first part
"I wrote them december 6 and they answer it will arrive december 11. I ask them if they could arrive december 10 because I will be leaving and never answer. So today december 8 I call them"
Yet now you wrote "The 6 of december you wrote me". This is just a small example of your story full of lies.
Anyway, we are sorry for the problem. We made an availability mistake.
