Efficient
Very efficient, helpful and friendly engineer came and fitted smart meter. Spoke through every step and showed me how to use the meter itself. Wish I'd taken his name so he could get recognition from the company.
Worst Company i have ever met
Worst Company i have ever met, had an appointment 2 weeks ago with a 4 Hours slot, i had to give up work they contacted me after the 4 hours slot saying the Egineer will not arrive, they rebooked for 2 weeks later when the engineer arrived he said he cant find parking in front of house so he just left us and went off.

EV Charger Survey
Calisen did a survey for our EV charger install. The guy doing it logged some vital information incorrectly (said things weren't bonded when they were) and also told me incorrect information regarding the charger install regarding how long the cable could go from the fuse box to the charger. All this ended up doing was causing issues for charger install company as incorrect or not enough information was logged when the survey was done
Appalling service
I understand this company provides services on behalf of Scottish Power (who supply my gas).
I had an appointment to install a smart meter last month which the Calisen engineer did not attend and did not deem it necessary to let me know.
This appointment was rebooked almost immediately (one month ago) and today, two days before the scheduled time a representative from Calisen calls to say they cannot attend at the scheduled time but will have to come later instead.
Quite how this company believes they can waste people’s time like this is beyond me.

Had our new smart meter installed by Li today and he was very professional, made sure we knew what was happening throughout the process and was altogether a very lovely chap.
Going the extra mile
Wanted to give my engineer, Imran, huge thanks for helping fit a smart meter in a problematic apartment building. Patiently negotiated with building management team to get access and get the job done. Saved me stressing out. Appreciate all the help!
New electric meter fitting
Jeff, from arrival to finish, was polite and courteous. Kept me informed of what he was doing through out the job.

Scheduled appointment review
Booking slot between 8am-12pm. Pam turned up at 9am. Explained what she needs to do. Once completed gave an explanation again of what work was carried out and next steps for me. Well informed, good service
Dreadful customer service.
Failed to turn up to read/inspect my FIT meter during an arranged 8-12 slot. When i contacted them at 12.30 they agent said that the meter reader had turned up and nobody had answered. This is simply untrue as I was never more than a few feet from my front door. Anyway if that was the case surely a "we tried to....." card would have been put through the letterbox. Anyway the lady on the phone said that the reader would call again between 2 and 4. This also didnt happen - I was in the front garden the whole time and my wife was sat in the lounge the whole time.
So this morning I phoned again. The rather abrupt member of staff informed me that as I had missed the appointment the case was now closed and that I would have to refer it back to UW to open the case again. No apology at all - and why should I have to put myself out to correct THEIR mistake.
Not only did they not turn up, they then lied about it, failed to apologise and expect ME to put it right.
Luckily the lady at UW had much better customer service skills and I will try again to book this meter check.

The engineer sent me a message saying that he would be with me on Tuesday 7th. He arrived on time and was extremely helpful and sorted the problem.I told him that I had been trying since January to get an engineer to fix the gas meter readout. All fixed now thank you.

Jeff was great at communicating a more specific arrival time due to me having school runs to do. Very efficient on the day, estimated an hour work and was finished in 40 minutes. No disruption to my daily routine. Very happy

Just had my gas and eletric meters replaced by vinay .very professional job he did for me .could not have been better .very pleased with everything he did much appreciated.
Smart Meter Installation
Had our Gas and Electric smart meters installed today by Li.We were a bit dubious about having smart meters installed however the installation was completed by Li in a professional manner with a full explanation of what was happening as it progressed. Li was polite and helpful and answered any questions we had.
Utterly useless company
Utterly useless company.
Had 2 engineers come to commission my meters first guy took about 3 hrs only to say he couldn’t do it and that ‘I’ had to call UW to rearrange which I promptly did.
Fast forward 7 months (yes 7 months) and bloke number 2 turns up.
To be fair very efficient at the time and helpful. Stated it was a success.
Only for me to find that my in home display wasn’t working/obtaining any data which he stated would take 48hrs from commissioning.
After numerous emails and agents stating completely different things for example one saying it could take 14 days to register the data correctly.
I’ve since booked another appointment (no 3) to attempt at recommissioning my smart meters (which is due this month May 24) only to have another agent call me and ask me to book the appointment which I already have in my diary! Utterly shambolic and incredibly poor communication but doesn’t surprise me in all honesty, these guys need to take a look in the mirror!

I explained I felt pressurised into having a smart meter and that my partner has health issues had health/security concerns about having a smart meter installed. Jeff explained all I needed to know and has put my mind at rest. Thank you so much!
