TERRIBLE- avoid them!
this service if you wanna call it that is completely bogus. I was suffering from Covid having terrible symptoms, and I met with a Doctor Who agreed to prescribe me with Paxlovid … Given the fact that I was under a fever I went to sleep and when my wife went to pick up the medication, there was no medication because after the fact, the doctor decided to withdraw my prescription because of some minor concern about a very unlikely drug interaction even though I had told her I had taken this medication three times before with no problem. So here I sit with a 103° fever and no medication to help me because of this awful company. I would not use them and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Please avoid them save yourself. The trouble go to someone legitimate

My husband’s debit card was stolen so…
My husband’s debit card was stolen so my membership cancelled and they wouldn’t honor my $45 a month plan I’ve had for years to reactivate. They do not care about customer loyalty or retention and their new pricing is outrageous. I will be going elsewhere for care.

Quick and easy
Quick and easy. Fairly inexpensive even without insurance. For a Stye, I got a prescription within a few hours. $40 for the online service and another $40 for antibotics. Not super cheap, but not bad and fast.

This was expedient quality service. I gave over my diagnosis and was promptly assisted and shortly after, my prescription was ready near my home. The only part I don't like and needs to be changed is requiring patients to allow sharing of our information. Per HIPAA that is illegal. A patient has the right to decline sharing anything and that needs to be changed immediately
