It was very easy to go thru the process of qualifying for the medication. The price is fantastic and I received my order a couple of days after being approved (and that included a weekend). This is my first month starting the meds so i can’t comment on it’s effectiveness just yet.
I ordered EM early in June Have Not Received my medicine. Is there any way that you can contact me And let me know what's going on or do I need to go to another company. I will have to cancel through my credit card and you will have to return the money. I just want my medicine before I run out of my other. I sent an E. mail a while ago and you haven't answered.
I requested a higher dose than the does shipped to me. I contacted customer service department, for whom I sent a pictures of my current prescription. Customer service representative received the pictures and told me she would pass them on to the provider. I then specified that if the product was below 15mg, which is the highest your company carries at the moment, to please cancel the order and refund my money. She told me I would receive notification before they shipped, but that my proof was enough for your highest dosage. Nonetheless, your company shipped what they deemed appropriate with out my final consent. Now, how am I supposed to use a product that is 10mg lower than what I am on? It is not fair to a customer who showed proof, to bare the burden of your decision when I clearly instructed that anything below 15mg, or cancel the transaction. Your company did as it please disregarding my directive hence the one star rating! If you are going to disregard your customers request; then you deserve a one star rating!
When I received my order I was very nervous about using the product, but I read the detailed packet and I was more at ease. The process was easy and I started feeling full the next day! I only had minor side effects ( nausea and tired). I have confidence that this product will work for me
I ordered online and was approved quickly and was fast to receiving my first month paid 129.00 I’m hoping it stays at that price thru out the dosage upgrades or I won’t be able to get any more

Absolutely frustrating scam. I'm in the process of trying to get them to cancel my account for a week now. Keep telling me they are sorry for the frustration and will cancel immediately then offer some BS offer I don't want. They are stalling til the next billing cycle to take my money. HELP
Receiving my first order was great however when it comes to logging in, I am having issues with that and I cannot receive emails for doing a reset on password therefore, I cannot login

I love the communication with the dr right away and how they listen to me. I love the promptness of my order! I got it within 2 days of talking to the dr. Ive been with a few companies in the past and they don't move that quickly.

I switched to Embody from another company called Fridays. I left Fridays because of their terrible customer service! Embody has been amazing so far. They also respond right away to all of my questions and the medication arrived to me on time and the packaging of the medication was excellent . So far so good!!

I am a bit peeved. I did the intake process and recevied nothing! No email, no text, no phone call. Nothing. Then they charged me. I cannot set up an account. I cannot reach anyone. No response to email. No response from their online contact us. I called the number but they ask for ALOT of personal information. Tried to set up account and it tells me it is emailing me a link and I get nothing. I think this is a scam. Someone needs to contact me ASAP and help me get set up, so I can track the process or I am going to dispute the charge made.

They said they cancelled it, and yet the order still went through, medication shipped 2 days after the cancellation and they won't refund! Horrible!
Mind you the first month of meds didn't ship for weeks after payment and approval! They rushed to get this shipment out because I attempted to cancel!

Horrible its like they don't even hear you! I've canceled numerous times over emails portals and text they said sorry its been 10 days to ship and they will not charge my bank while figuring out why they are not shipped yet. I said stop i want a refund and don't want to use them and had to go with another company. Then after all this I get a damn text congratulations your sermorelin has shipped.... wth i wanted a refund for no service they sent anyways 11 days later the price is supposed to jump to 199 I paid 99 first month don't even attempt to use this company I waited a week for shipping so requested refund and used different company now they ship and act deaf.
