Embody customer service was excellent. I accidently ordered the wrong product. I contacted embody CS and they imediately took action to correct my order and made sure I got what I wanted.

I paid $199 for my first month of tirzepatide gum, and while the medication itself worked well for me, the lack of transparency has been very disappointing. The advertising clearly says “one monthly payment,” which made me believe the price would stay the same. If the treatment is going to increase in price, that’s understandable — but it should be communicated clearly from the beginning.

They also mention a “flat program,” but that option is nowhere to be found during the sign‑up process. I emailed customer service to ask for clarification before continuing with month two, but I haven’t received any response.

The medication seems good, and with proper transparency I would continue. But if they cannot clearly explain the real monthly cost, I will have to cancel.

In one month I lost 12 lbs. Im looking forward to seeing what this 2nd dose does

Total Fraud!!! Don’t sign up! Went through everything and even told them my current dose of medication only for them to prescribe me different cheaper medication. Sent a message right away…got a message back saying it would be cancelled and sent back to the physician to order the right medication. Then I get a tracking number for the wrong prescription and absolutely zero responses to my cancellation requests! I have already reached out to my bank about this scam!!! Do not do business with this fraudulent scam!!

They absolutely charged me AFTER I cancelled AFTER THEY replied everything had been cancelled and PROMISED nothing would be charged or shipped

They DID charge me even after I cancelled 10 days PRIOR AND got confirmation
AND they shipped it !!!!
I have reported them to a fraud department and my bank
STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND THEY ILLEGALLY TOOK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!

So far I have no complaints about this company. When I’ve had concerns about pricing I messaged someone on the portal and they got back to me quicker than any other company has. They clarified the pricing and when I still wasn’t happy with it the lowered it and locked me into a life time price I was happy with. So again I have no complaints and couldn’t be happier with the customer service. I haven’t started my shots just yet because j was finishing up shots I had with a different company but I will be starting my higher dosage with Embody this week and can’t wait to see how it works for me!!

I am fed up with filling up ten pages of questions and then being asked for my credit card when I don't know how much will be charged or if it will be charged. I also have a fundamental mistrust of people that won't publish their prices.

Embody picked up the phone. A place where you said it was a hundred and forty five dollars.For a single one month supply, and I could call up and repeat it if I wanted to. That is what I wanted. That is what I got. It came on time in a very secure cold package.

Very difficult to talk to these companies and get information. Embody picked up the line. Amazing, what happens to a company when it talks to its prospective clients.

As of now the problem is fixed. When I signed up I was told 149. I specifically asked 149 for every month right? This 250. Discount isnt just the first month right? I was told nope the price stays the same. ( I even asked about the reg price being 399 i was assured it was 149 every month, okay i can swing 149. I really cant afford 399 and if its not 149. Every monthim not even going to waste just getting one month. I was shocked when I saw the 399. Charge..... my husband now thinks I lied to him about how much this cost. This is so very wrong. Not everyone can just have an unexpected 399.$ when I was thinking the charges were only 149.

Simply horrible is all I can say. They said one price forever, I’ve got that in an email, I had research a lot of companies before deciding on them. First time I need. Refill? Guess what. It went from $89 to $399, and they had the nerve to email me and asked why it didn’t clear my account. I was smart enough to turn off my card cause I’ve learned many lesson from scammers lit them. . They apologized but they did not make it right. My advice is to go to Your Trava and you’ll get a good deal.

I had concerns about starting with this company, mainly the price structure. And there wasn’t a lot of reviews to speak of - anywhere. They offered first month $149, then each month after, the cost was higher. However, I expressed my concern to them directly and was offered a “forever” rate that will not change and I’m hooked! The intake was super easy, and refills are a breeze. I’m getting ready to start my 5th shot and I’m losing the weight. My prescription even comes with B12 to help with nausea and energy. Customer service is very responsive and listens to all your needs. I would recommend Embody for anyone looking for a simple, easy to follow program. If you have concerns, make sure you address them prior to agreeing to anything. Thanks Embody for making this journey possible!

This company is a SCAM. Please do not join they advertise for $149, monthly no changes, then the 2nd month dipped into my account and removed $399..Please I was not the one, I instantly called my bank and canceled all subscription..VERY DISHONEST, THEY ALL SHOULD GO TO JAIL..THAT'S FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.."STEALING /SCAMERS.. PLEASE EVERYONE DO NOT GO TO THAT SITE..SCROLL PAST AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

I had a great experience, they were extremely fast. After they verified my previous dose that I had been on they kept me close to it. Communication was excellent through the experience. Price was better then any other place.

Doctors who listen and great communication. Also affordability is great.

Wish they would offer the tirzepatide at the $149 month to month payment, not at a 3+ months pay in advance. Other than that, its been great.

I beleave my dose needs to be increased other than that no problems at all

While I definitely enjoy working with this company I too was on a higher dose that I could no longer afford, so as of yet I’ve seen no results

Total bait and switch on the pricing, the advertise $149.00 a month for Trizeptide no long term contracts. I signed up and received the first month no problem actually went well. But I saw some other reviews that said the tried to hit them for $399.00 for month two. So before we get to month 2, I sent an email to there customer service and they answered and said they were going to charge me $399.00. I had asked this very question as I signed up!! They tried to give me a discount to keep me, but I don't trust them so I canceled!
I hope this helps some of you, I would not do business with them!!

I ordered and within two I had the product. Very happy so far with em!!!

So far so good!!! I am about to order my second month supply. Losing weight and feeling great!!! Embody has been the best I have found so far!!
