Post-Subscription Support Becomes an Exhausting, Endless Loop
The onboarding and initial sign-up process are smooth, but once you subscribe, response times slow down significantly. Be prepared to deal with a revolving door of customer service agents who each require you to completely re-explain your situation from scratch.
Support representatives frequently seem hesitant to handle basic administrative tasks, such as calling the dedicated prescriber line (even when it is provided directly to them instead of the generic customer service number), accurately transferring prescriptions to your requested pharmacy, or correctly writing scripts for generics instead of brand names. Getting a straightforward resolution feels like running in circles.
First, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the CallOnDoc team! While they publicly mentioned they couldn’t locate my account, they certainly spent plenty of time behind the scenes flagging this review to Trustpilot to try to get it taken down. Naturally, I don’t post my full legal name publicly online alongside my private medical information. But rest assured, Trustpilot verified my documentation, which is why this review is still standing tall. It’s always nice to see where the priorities lie—pristine online image management first, actual customer care second.
Since they didn’t bother updating their response after my verification went through, let me clarify why other telehealth services easily outshine this one:
Continuity of Care: Other platforms give you dedicated care teams instead of playing customer service roulette with a new agent every single time.
Basic Advocacy: Other services actually call your pharmacy or reach out to your practitioner when issues pop up—CallOnDoc flat-out refuses to engage.
Patient-First Flexibility: When waiting on lab results from another doctor, other services work with you to temporarily maintain your care so you aren't left stranded. CallOnDoc just cuts off refills.
Options & Savings: Competitors offer 90+ day bulk savings and route scripts to a far wider network of pharmacies.
At the end of the day, using CallOnDoc is like taking public transit: crowded, impersonal, and full of unnecessary delays. Other services at the exact same price point offer private car service levels of care, complete with actual follow-through. Choose accordingly!

CallonDoc may not seem possible but it is totally legit. If you are like me and don't have health insurance this is my go to. You get to communicate with a real doctor who is truly concerned about your symptoms. You are diagnose through a series questions (as if you were sitting in the ER) and then treatment is recommended and prescription is electronically sent to your pharmacy of your choice. It is inexpensive! Thanks!!!

Family of sinus infections
My three kids and I have a sinus infection. I took the kids to the doctor and and got three prescriptions for antibiotics for them. Since I don't have insurance, I have to use your services for these types of minor illnesses. I was able to contact you and get my prescription prepared and ready while standing in line to get my kids' prescriptions filled. I couldn't believe that by the time I got to the head of the line (I believe I was 4th in line), my prescription was already being filled before I handed the lady my kids' prescriptions. It was so fast and when your feeling as crappy as I was yesterday, getting your medication that fast means the world to me. It means I can get it all in one stop and didn't have to have my husband run out later to pick it up. Your service is amazing and I am so happy I came across it while researching cheaper doctor alternatives. I do wish this country would do better when it comes to healthcare and premiums costs, but until they do, I'm grateful for companies like yours. Thank you!!

No barriers to care. Something's don't always require ER or urgent care.
My experience so far is superior to any doctor visit or urgent care I've ever been to.
I get seen in minutes.. Rx follows quickly.
I know I have done the road issues medically to resolve.. but temporary fast care this is absolutely fantastic .

The ease of jumping online to get what I need without having to take off half a day for a sinus infection is amazing. Call On Doc turns a 4-5 hour adventure into a 1.5 hour from start to picking up medicine for us. And the online stuff is even easy for a non techy person like me to use. We love using them!

Already feeling better! The process from start to finish took about ten minutes. It was extremely convenient and within 30 minutes of submitting my online form I had a prescription. I love that I didn’t have to waste time on a zoom call or even going to an office. I knew what was wrong and got a prescription and it cost me less than $50. Had I gone to an in-person appt for the same issue I would have paid at least $160 for the appt, our healthcare system is such a scam! If you need meds fast for a common basic issue go here.

I’ve heard great things about these doctors from a friend and I was having a hard time getting into my regular pcp so I gave these doctors a try and I must say it was fast and very efficient they kept me updated on the status of my prescription easy to message and with in an hour my prescription was ready very pleased with the whole experience I will definitely be using them again in the future!!!
