I have been a customer of Camille Rose for years, and felt comfortable ordering from them without incident. I placed an order with them on Black Friday 2025, and did not receive my complete order. I emailed them as soon as I discovered the missing products, got a response from them, telling me they will send them, but never received them. I also emailed them several times with no response. I will NEVER support this brand again.
Have not received my order contacted customer service and no reply will be disputing the transaction with my bank
Camille Rose is very unprofessional. I was a first time customer in 2024 and they did not fulfill my order until 3 weeks later. When I received the order, items were missing. I gave them a second chance and ordered some products for the 2025 Black Friday sale. It’s now going on week 2 and still no shipping update. I emailed them 3 times with no response. I edited my order and added in a missing coupon code inquiry and they answered that. They do not care about black haircare just your money. If you cannot even answer emails then why should I spend my money with your crummy low budget company. They are fake and worry about how they look when on live on TikTok instead of answering questions about the products. To tell you the truth, Mielle is better. It’s more nourishing and Camille rose is just some overpriced garbage that’s mostly oil or heavy cream based.
What the heck with this packaging? Cheap, nasty, had to get a screwdriver in the lid of the moisture milk to get the stopper out! Both products I bought need squeezing out of the bottles, but the bottles are rigid plastic. And as for the scents..... I don't think I'm unusual in not washing my curly hair every day, so when I do wash it, I want that fresh smell. Useless, absolutely useless. Companies should be forced to refund after one use when all they deliver is this rubbish. I've only given it 2 stars because the shampoo cleaned my hair & the milk left it better than if I'd used nothing at all. I feel scammed.

Horrible customer service! When I received my products I was missing items. When I called the number found online it was out of service. I sent multiple emails to customer service and have not received a reply. I will never order products from this company again.
I ordered 3 products 3 months ago and i still havent recieved it. They didnt register my adress or my number. I contacted them multiple times with no response they dont want to send the products back to me nor do they plan on giving me my money back. My hair is thirsty as hell
I received my order, but not all of my items.And they have not replied to a single one of my emails and many other peoples as well.I emailed them on december twenty first. It's super unprofessional.
I've used their products in the past and loved it. Currently waiting on an order made December 27th. I have not received any communication beyond the initial order confirmation email. I've sent 2 emails requesting any communication about the status of my order and no response. I van wait until the end of this week but after that, I will file a complaint and ask for a refund.
Most curly hair brands promote their products as “all natural” so they can up charge a mediocre product. However Camille rose is one of the only one of these brands that actually benefit my hair.
Although there are good natural products, a product isn’t good because it’s natural. It’s obvious the developers of this product knew this and created a product made from researched quality rather than stigmas.
Absolut schlechter Kundenservice! . Auch wenn ich mit den Produkten und dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr zufrieden bin gibt es von mir nur einen Stern wegen dem total schlechten Kundenservice. Ich warte seit nunmehr fast 4 Wochen auf eine Rückmeldung. Leider ohne Erfolg !. Ich habe hier in Deutschland mehere Produkte gekauft von denen eines kein Hygienesiegel hatte. Ich wollte wissen, ob das normal ist. Ich habe bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Dann werde ich in Zukunft entweder wieder zu meinen vorherigen Produkten wechseln, oder mir eine neue Marke suchen. So kann man seine Kunden definitiv auch vergraulen !.
Absolutely poor customer service! . Even though I am very satisfied with the products and the price-performance ratio, I only give one star because of the totally bad customer service. I have been waiting almost 4 weeks for a response. Unfortunately without any success !. I bought several products here in Germany, one of them had no hygiene seal. I wanted to know if this is normal. I have still not received any answer. In the future, I will either switch back to my previous products or look for a new brand. You can definitely scare your customers away that way!
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BRAND THEY ARE ROBBING THEIR CONSUMERS! Ordered three bundle box and got one. Emailed them countless times and only robot responses. Went to all their social media platforms and again robot responses saying they will email me. No emails received. Went to calling them to find out their number is disconnected. I reported them to BBB and realized I’m not the only one. I will not stop until I get a resolution! Boycott this brand since they don’t want to give their people proper service.
Step daughter likes this, the product smells nice. She wanted it because she saw it in a music video.
Is there a way I could contact Camille Rose because, ever since I made payment on their website, a company called AMAYSIM MOBILE PTY LTD have been taking money from my account. I tried emailing them but I was blocked to send emails. I need to report this.
I ordered products almost 2 months ago. Owner has ignored my emails asking where products were,and ignored my emails requesting a refund, all while advertising new sales for new customers to continue purchasing products they most likely won't get. I finally publicly asked about my order on their social media and was promptly blocked. I have now filed a dispute with my bank and PayPal, which I should have done a long time ago. Please do not order directly from their website if you must try their product, purchase from a trusted third party vendor such as Sally's(they frequently have 50% off sales).
Immature and unprofessional company and owner. Customer service ignoring my emails and dms and comments. Owner BLOCKED ME on social media all because of a factual comment on the appalling behaviour of her employees. NEVER buying another product from them again. Annoyed I ever supported this company because it was black owned and gave them all my money.
I ordered some products to overseas but they never arrived.
They were retained since the package contained "unidentifiable liquids" so I contacted the customer service for help and they took about 3 weeks to contact me, only to ask me if everything cleared up. I replied I didn't (since it hasn't been solved) and they haven't answered back, from that it has been about a month and a half. And I have been sending emails every week for an update on the issue and still no reply from them,
