Rude staff and poor prices. I’ll never do business with them again.

I made an order online on February 9, 2026 for 20 random 1 oz silver Mexican Libertads. I sent the check on February 10, 2026. Now on February 19, 2026, I have heard absolutely NOTHING from Camino Coins as to the receipt of my check. I have sent communications with promises of answering them in a 24 hour period. That has not happened. I have had NO response from this company since I placed the order.

All credit for this amended review goes to Adriana Reed. She more than went the extra mile to make sure that this transaction was going to be fulfilled. She was very sympathetic with my concerns. Adriana expedited the order and sent me a tracking number quickly. Today I received the coins. Camino Coins is very fortunate to have this great lady working for them. On a scale of 1-10, I would give her a 10+. Thank you, Adriana.

Everything was excellent except for the USPS delivery, which was left on unattended on my porch, no signature required. No person required to receive it.

Good service, just not great. I still have the feeling this is a ponzi scheme. I wish this were not the case.

This was my first time purchasing gold and silver from any company but my experience was really good. They were professional and trustworthy. Everything happen just the way they said it would and we received it on time and in good condition. I would highly recommend this company.

Communication needs work.... on shipping delivery
Satisfy with product and insured shipping but i needed to know when items were shipped and expected day of delivery.. was told on two different orders, i would be notify. No one ever contacted me.... 10-12 days after i place order my shipment arrives and No one home.. Post office had to hold for several days until i return home.. Good thing post office didn't just leave in mail box.. Camino requires a signature for delivery.... which was good... but communication on date shipped ( even a text or email ) with tracking would have been better. I could have made sure ...i was home for delivery.

Reliable service and highly recommended for value propper transportation and customer service

The first time I made an order, it took a long time to receive it and I had to call back to ask where it was. However, the second time I ordered, it came when I was told it would come.

Super nice people to work with. All the coins I get are above grade. I drive extra miles to see them.
