Purchased items via wire transfer.
Zero communication. Took 3 weeks to receive my items after many phone calls and poor and rude communication on their part.
Very unprofessional. I would not recommend.

Took 2 months of phone calls to finally receive my order. My 10oz silver bars were cut in half then welded back together. Received 5oz bars instead of 10oz like I ordered. People wouldn't return my call. Avoiding me on the phone. I can order thru JM Bullion and get my order in less than a week everytime. I would never use Camino Coin again...EVER.

I've always had good experiences with CaminoCompany! Adrienne takes the time to chat which I appreciate. Of the couple dozen orders or more only one very minor issue which was corrected promptly! I will always do my business with CaminoCompany.....

It’s been a few years since I purchased from Camino. Customer service, timeliness, and processes were less than ‘professional’ for me. I’ve had much greater satisfaction working with a couple of other companies. I heard an interview with Camino on X22 Report - I tried this company - I was disappointed. I don’t recommend Camino to others when asked.

I used this company for many years and most of the people that I dealt with are no longer there. The newer crew is complete opposite of the responsive, helpful and communicative individuals that they replaced. I had called many times with no person answering and never return my left message. I also left messages on their website and never got a response. I no longer have no reason to every attempt to deal with them again.
