I am very pleased with the way my order was handled. I was sent notifications of expected delivery and it arrived before Christmas!

I called and left a message thinking I would not get a return reply, but, I did. The company was very helpful and the communication was excellent.

Ordered Fraternity gifts for my son for Christmas and everything came together nicely in one box. No issues. Very pleased!

Took 6 weeks to get products but we did have them monogrammed. It was worth the wait. Quality products. So plan accordingly for the lead time to get products to you

Actually I would give you zero stars. Placed an order on Nov.16 for $183.55 and my account was charged. This is December 17 and to this date have neither received the items ordered nor any information concerning the order. I am considering turning this information over to the Indiana Attorney Generals office. No answer when called on the phone. I feel this could be a scam.

The website was a little difficult to navigate because it wouldn't update the shopping cart. But got everything I needed in a timely fashion!

Haven’t received my package or any information as to when it will be shipped after 2weeks

Nate did a great job helping me with my order. I received a response to my email reaching out about the status of my order within an hour. He helped me track it down and get it shipped! So appreciate the timely correspondence and help with the resolution. I will definitely use them again for our greek purchases.

Took a bit longer than expected. But glad it came b4 Christmas . So I'm happy. Haven't opened it yet. It's for my son!

I tried to CALL, ALWAYS during the hours mentioned in the recorder…3 different times. I wanted to speak to a human. I tried a couple of different times online before I could get to the shopping area, & 2 of the 6 items I was purchasing were not available. I still have not received my items, but you should know that you REALLY must want your items if you will jump through those hoops!

I had questions about my order. When I emailed customer service they got back to me right away and they were very helpful. I needed to return an item and they were very accommodating and the process was an easy one!

Product looks nice except for the tear in the sleeve.

Still haven't gotten a response from customer service on a replacement.

Otherwise, nice products.

Product is fine but shipping took much 5 weeks instead of the 2 said at checkout. In addition, one item from the order is on hold and will be delayed indefinitely.

Great response time and customer service, however, my purchase that I was supposed to have in 8-16 business days (as stated on The website at the time of my purchase ) still hasn’t even shipped and it’s been 22 days. It was supposed to be a Hanukkah present, and my son had nothing to open by the end of Hanukkah. Also, I still haven’t gotten a new estimated arrival date. I was only told they are working on it
