Informative documentation, a fair price, a very good level of detail with pictures, very fast service, but perhaps not as informative as we'd have liked given our particular circumstance as first time buyers.
I'd bet that a seasoned buyer would have no issues with this service.

As detailed within the survey report, this was a fourth floor flat within a multi storey building. The roof was not visible or accessible, and in accordance with RICS guidance for a Level 2 Home Survey, we explained this limitation within the report and recommended enquiries be raised with the freeholder or managing agent regarding the roof's condition and maintenance history.
We always aim to provide clear and professional advice within the scope of the survey. If you would like to discuss any aspect of your report further, please contact us directly and we would be happy to help.
