Camsure have been extremely helpful in providing an in depth survey and valuation for the property im looking to purchase. Particular help from Sam Harris who kept me informed the full way through the process as well as conducting the procedure in an informative way with a human approach. Outstanding communication and a high quality report
Outstanding communication with regular updates from the point of booking, phone calls from the surveyor before hand and on the day and an extensive and detailed report within 36 hours of the survey taking place. Photos were good, queries we had raised in advance were all addressed. Excellent value for money, highly recommend.

Great job
Very impressed by the company. They kept me informed every step of the way were professional and diligent. They conducted 9 surveys for me on the one site over 3 days. Neil the surveyor was very good he explained any issues he found and together discussed the necessary solutions, leaving me clear about what I needed to do to rectify any issues.
The reports were with me within less than 24 hours so I had an opportunity to discuss anything with Neil the following day.
I would certainly use these guys in the future.

Do not under any circumstances use…
Do not under any circumstances use Camshaw Homes to survey your property, especially if it's a period property.
The report produced was littered with mistakes and repetition.
They send out an under qualified, inexperienced surveyor who was chartered. His list of recommendations were absolutely ridiculous. The surveyor (albeit not qualified so can't call hime that!) turned up 45 minutes late also.

Excellent levels of communication
Excellent levels of communication, from both Sarah and Robin. It was easy to make contact in the first instance and reach a real person rather than an automated system. It made the booking for a survey simple and straightforward. I was kept informed on what to expect, and when to expect my survey back. Robin sent the survey back to me by the next day, which is an impressive turnaround. The survey is easy to understand with a traffic light system to identify those things which are urgent against those which are important, and the others which just need normal maintenance and observation. All in all a professional, responsive service which I wouldn't hestitate to recommend.
