5 stars plus is what I give, fantastic job, from my first point of contact to the end report this company were very very helpful, Sam Harris called before the survey to ask about the property to get some background information, after the survey updated me over the phone on several aspects of his findings, informing me of when I could receive my report, the report was delivered as promised within 24hrs, Sam again reached out after giving me time to digest the report to see if he could assist or advise me in any way, great communication and customer service. Thank you for your review. We are sorry to learn you were disappointed with the valuation figure provided in our Red Book Valuation.
As an RICS regulated firm, we are required to provide an independent assessment of market value based on available market evidence and the specific characteristics of the property. Unfortunately, we cannot amend a valuation to reflect a requested figure where the evidence does not support it.
We understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for. Following the report, our surveyor took the time to discuss the valuation with you and explain the comparable evidence and factors considered in arriving at the valuation figure provided.
While we appreciate you may disagree with the valuation, we remain satisfied it was prepared professionally, using appropriate local comparable evidence, and in accordance with RICS requirements.
Should you have any additional information you believe may be relevant, please feel free to contact us directly and we will be happy to review it.
