Prospective First-time Buyer - Level 3 Survey with Valuation
From start to finish, Camsure were prompt and informative.
Harry provided an excellent written survey and was very courteous in our follow-up phone call. His report was also very clear about what could and could not be inspected non-invasively and the associated risks that we would have to consider going forward. This has helped us to make informed decisions as we explore specialist inspections and estimate repair costs.
In addition, Sarah was equally courteous and helpful in clarifying the terms of business in our initial phone call.
Should we require another survey in the near future, Camsure would be our first choice.

The best experience I have recieved…
The best experience I have recieved from a company in a long time.
I was kept up to date all throughout the process and booking the survey was easy with the help of Nikki Griffiths she was lovely and friendly and very helpful.
The surveyor Ryan Cole was excellent, he was professional and very thorough which is what you want when making the biggest purchase of your life.
The survey itself was excellent and very detailed with accompanying pictures.

Level 3 Survey
I had a level 3 survey done recently by Sam Harris of Camsure, on an older Victorian property I had an offer accepted on.
The entire process was smooth and very transparent throughout. Booking was a breeze, and arranging access/dates was handled by the surveyor and the vendors, with no need for me to get involved. Sam let me know once the survey was completed, then again when the survey was sent over.
The survey itself was very extensive, but well formatted and surprisingly easy to parse, with clear recommended next steps. Things were clearly and extensively explained, with solid supporting imagery and links to other 3rd party information where it made sense.
The surveyor chased up after the survey to make sure that everything was clear and made sense, and made themselves available for any follow up questions I might have.
They were initially recommended to me, and I can clearly see why - a quality, professional, and robust service, at a very reasonable price.

The service was efficient and carried out as quickly as possible. The surveyor himself was quick to communicate and was helpful and positive. However I requested a paper copy of the survey report and that has still not been delivered. I have e mailed and told it is on its way. Considering I had to pay for this service above the initial price the service has fallen short.

Professional and Great Service
I recently used CamSure to carry out a survey on my new property, the booking process was easily done over the phone with a polite and professional customer advisor and the price was really reasonable compared to other quotes I had.
On the day of the survey the surveyor called me straight after to go through his findings which I found really helpful, he explained everything in a way I understood which was really reassuring as the actual written report contains a lot of information that is beyond my knowledge!!
