These guys happily took my money and gave me invalid document that were totally useless and rejected by the governments and refused any resolution. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. THEY ARE LYING ON HERE TOO THEY NEVER OFFERED ME ANYTHING AND LEAD ME TO BELIEVE I HAD WHAT I NEEDED, THEY ARE LIARS

If there would be an option for 0 stars I would pick that, but there's not. The workers are condescending, rude and the least bit helpful and the results if you get any from them takes a month to get back to you. They don't do anything promptly, and blame every detail they fail to explain clearly on you. Since I've been waiting 2 months with no results I demanded a full refund as one would having paid to set up my business and getting no results or money back in return for doing a terrible job if any job at all.

Tina is professional, personable and experienced. She met out our deadline and made the process of registering our business painless!

Paid hundreds of dollars then can't even log in. Government of Canada even took down my GC code. Smells like fraudulent stuff. Luckily my lawyer is one of the best in Canada with federal connections.

I would give this service -5 out of 5 if that were possible.

After paying for a 2-hour service, they started asking for a company number and several other details that were never mentioned in the original application form. None of these requirements were clearly communicated before payment.

The customer support was extremely poor. The representatives were unable to explain the requirements properly to common people who may not be familiar with the process. Instead of helping, they only created more confusion.

Why are these mandatory details not clearly listed before taking people’s money? This feels completely unprofessional and misleading.

Please don’t waste your money dealing with this agency which does not tell all the requirements upfront and later tell they are mandatory. I had given those info but simply rejected them as not working and they can apply and get it at extra cost. Why are you not making it mandatory in the web form before taking payment ? That’s very simple and saves consumers money.

Registration was done on time, inquiry was answered, no issues.

The company did not read my request properly. I paid for a 2 hr service. And did not get a proper report for a few days. They also did not respond to emails. A full day passed and I had to place a live call. They also did not read my response back to them which was detailed. Even though my query was for sole propriety, which I had also originally stated, they still took my $20.00 and did not comply with the 2 hr turn around. I had to reply a few times after we pivoted; for them to understand which name I needed the search for. I did not appreciate having to make a call in order to have the agent reply back a day later. I placed an order on March 4, 2026 and received the proper finished order on March 6,2026. They should have refunded. Unethical.

Update (March 22,2026): After posting my review, I received a response. However, after following instructions to call them for a refund, I got no response to my call. And no refund.

Update (March 24, 2026): I had to call in again this morning for the refund they offered above; as no one returned my call. The agent asked me to copy this review and send it to them with my order number. This just goes to confirmation of how my original order was dealt with. It is exhausting to have to do this.
