great service they make this look easy

Many of these reviews are fake or paid. This company is grossly incompetent. The CSR's are remote the number your call also goes to a remote person. I have started 7 companies and never ever have I seen such lazy and incompetent service/support. I had to keep giving the CSR 3 sets of company name options, each and every time he would come back, at his leisure, with concerns, but not proof, that they would not get accepted. After a week+ he finally believes one of the propsed company names should be OK and says he'll get back to me in 2-3 days. 4+ days later he cuts and pastes a rejection from the Feds and doesn't offer any help or suggestions, as he never did with anything else, just blindly slapping emails back and forth and doing nothing pro active to help get this done. Worse when I was first pissed off and asked to refund my money he calls me and lets me know he'll make this work and to call him any time. The last go around with the latest 4+ days delayed response I try and call this guy 6 times in a day and he then ghosts me...just brutal. I demanded a full refund and they have now witheld $135...just to ensure that I am now furious. What a gong show.

The company is efficient, but the fees have increased tremendously, during the past two years.
In addition, they try to charge a fee for "Corporate ID." "Corporate ID" is actually the CRA Business#, which is also one of the options. In other words, if you apply and pay for a CRA Business#, why should you have to pay for a "Corporate ID?!"

Ashleigh and Leona were excellent. Incorp made the process super easy and extra shout out to Ashleigh for catching my spelling error, that could have been bad for me.

Fast service. I have used their service multiple times and I am always pleased with the responses and quality of service.

I had a few technical errors with the CRA side of things but Tina really helped me through them and made it easier. Took me a lot longer then some of my friends to get it done who used the service, fully on my end, and she was very patient. Thanks guys!

Tina was efficient and knowledgeable in obtaining my HST and payroll accounts with CRA.

I mostly dealt with Peter for the incorporation. I had a very tight time constraint and Peter was able to come through in providing the necessary incorporation and digital documents required within 3 hours.

Took me about 3 emails to complete this. When the BC was no longer on strike my application was sent in. A few days later, I was emailed with my company name. Quick and painless. Cheaper than another company I was looking at.

Tamanna was amazing and got the company paper work done super fast. Highly recommend

I had to incorporate a business corporation very fast to make an important equipment purchase and initially I wanted to do it through ownr, but after asking for analysis from ChatGPT I decided to go with Incorporation Pro(an instant decision in itself). I would say I had the best experience ever in my life and as promised the entire process done in less than 4 hours. I want a big shout out to Peter for his blazing work. He basically has done his part in just an hour (would have been quicker if I responded to his call faster) and equal efforts from Tina with her experience with all things CRA
