Canada Post likes to play games

Canada Post likes to play games with Community Mail box system? I have no idea why but the delivery person put keys in 3 different compartmental boxes leading me on a sort of hunt to collect my parcel. The first key was in my personal mail compartment. I used the first key to open the second corresponding mail compartment. Inside the second mail compartment was another key. I used the second key to open the corresponding mail compartment and behold, it was empty except for another key. I used the third key to open the next mail compartment box and well you guessed it. There was another key. This key finally corresponded with a fourth mail compartment that had contained my parcel. I locked up all the compartments and put all of the keys back in the designated mail slot like a responsible person. I expect postal workers to be responsible. I will be reporting this “prank” to the office.

was told my package could not be delivered because the address was somehow unclear. I spent two days trying to contact Canada Post to match my tracking number with my full address and phone number. I got zero response from them then I went through the ordeal of actually speaking to a “human being“ (using the term loosely given this woman pretty much matched the empathy of the AI chatbot) at Canada Post and received nothing but sarcasm and a single minded determination to be unhelpful. It could’ve been extremely easy to correct this and deliver my package a week late, but apparently Canada Post thought that would tarnish their spotless reputation and made darned sure it made the trip twice so I would get it in a month and a half. You guys deserve another strike you’ve certainly earned it.

The company “Thoughtes” misrepresented…

The company “Thoughtes” misrepresented their products to be authentic which when received were knockoffs. False certifications were included. One of the products was damaged. When requested a refund or a new product to be sent my emails were unanswered.

CP leaves cancer patients and their spouses in horrible pain and give false tracking info

I already reviewed once....I am still waiting on my MEDICATION I am in desperate need of, which was sent out by my pharmacy last THURSDAY ...I missed my partners chemo treatments and have been looking after him (as his sole caretaker) for the last 6 or so days, to the best of my abilities...however I'm I'm a LOT of pain as I have rheumatoid arthritis (which is what tue medication is for)...I waited until late last night becuae my TrRACKING INFO said it would be delivered "by the end of the day today" that was yesterday...so I didn't wash my hair or go out to get my ill partner medication...I will try to find a way to post the tracker info..OH and when I checked it again this morning, it's now saying TOMORROW delivery which will be 8 days....2-4 business days I was told was average. This is unacceptable, disgusting and they should be ashamed. Of course they're not, they're laY and smug and self rifhtenous. OH and if I wanted to text for help, it cost ME money and all they did was send a link to the help section on their website! This is weaponized incompetence.

WORST DELIVERY COMPANY ON THE FACE OF THE PLANET. tHEY DID NOT EVEN ATTEMPT HOME DELIVERY AND NOW i HAVE TO PAY MORE MONEY TO GO GET IT EVEN THOUGH THESE USELESS PEOPLE WERE PAID TO DO JUST THAT. i SHOULD BE REIMBURSED MY TIME AND EXTRA MONEY I HAVE TO SPEND NOW. THEY NEED TO JUST GIVE UP AND LET REAL COMPANIES DO THE MAIL.

2 packages were to be delivered to my…

2 packages were to be delivered to my home. One was processed on the 22nd and the other processed this morning (24th). Both at the facility in the town I live in. The one processed this morning is being delivered today the other one is being delivered next week.
Customer service did nothing to answer why except read from a script. No reason for delay.
Terrible service, both delivery and customer.

Killer of small business

I am a small business. Their deliveries are acceptable, but the parcel and postage rates in Canada are crazy. They are losing money, because the rates are too high, so they raise their prices to make more money! Makes no sense to anyone in business. I know several internet businesses that quit, because they couldn't compete with the US Postal rates. Free shipping in the US or $25.00 from Canada - which would you choose. Canada Post is a killer of small business in Canada

I think it's pretty obvious from the reviews that Canada Post is CRAP! I can tell you right now that I will never NEVER use them again for anything! "Guaranteed next day service" is anything BUT. I have tried SEVEN times to use this service and it NEVER - and I say NEVER - works. Save your money and hire a courier. Please listen to my words. You will save yourself so much time and money if you do.

A Takeaway Message to you I would say…

91% bad reviews at the time of this posting, damn, we all can't be wrong...

My issue warn others, they'll often times claim package delivered when not, when after ask for a shipping manifest document Customer Service acts all clueless and their Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Officer, Sandra Dalley, I got from her an email reads this, "As for the information on the address, I don’t have access to that information therefore Customer Service will be able to better assist you in that regard.", ...which as presaid Customer Service won't get that to me on my umpteenth tries, they're useless, both are. ..... What think most prudent to do, and I only now about to, and a takeaway from this I would say don't bother wasting your time, complain directly to the Canada Post Ombudsman.

To put it plainly, they suck

To put it plainly, they suck. You pay $20 for express shipping and it takes them 2 days to process your parcel and another 3-7 days to deliver the parcel to your local post office where it takes another 2 days to process. This is the journey between point A and point B that is in actuality, a 12 hour drive even with 4 young children in the backseat. I've had my parcel make it to a post office an hour's drive away and still take 2 days to be delivered to my address. They need to be boycotted and face closure so their employees start working with a sense of urgency. This review is of Canada Post as a courier service, not of the local mail carriers whom are usually very nice and courteous.

Package either lost or stolen by delivery person

I ordered things for Christmas. Either Canada Post lost my package or the delivery person stole it. It was clearly marked as delivered, but the package was nowhere to be found. Luckily, they investigated the matter and requested the refund from the merchant. It sucked that stuff I ordered for Christmas was gone. If it was really stolen by the deliver person, I hope he/she is disciplined or fired so no one else would be stolen from in the future.

What went wrong, and for how many decades ago? Simply, slackers… Beyond description, a disgrace that should be avoided like covid or worse… Have stopped doing business with anyone who mentions their name…can't delete or block any faster than a blink of an eye

I've already called in like 5 times to demand that my mail be left at my door and be sent to the stupid post office. You've got to wonder if they hire illiterate people! I even had a manager call me and confirm the demands. It was supposed to be a solved issue. But every time I get a package, it's sent to the post office! This is the worst service available. And they don't even follow up upon your request. Canada post couldn't care less about their clients! NEVER use Canada post if you have the option! Unless you like dealing with crap!

My package is literally in my own city from last 4 days!!!!!
Why the heck would you not deliver when you have it right next to me
Literally less than 10 kilometers away

And yes I'm not gonna go and pickup
I paid money for that terrible service I want it on my doorstep otherwise what's the point on paying 8$ for delivery service????

It's been sitting in the exact same warehouse or whatever it is for last 4 days and it keeps on saying
"It'll arrive today between 9am - 1pm"
Hell no it won't from last 4 days it hasn't
Why would they even literally write that if you aren't even going to deliver????
