Thieves in Dieppe NB

Thieves at the dieppe sorting facility have stolen 5 marijuana packages from me on 5 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. All they do is look for a parcel coming from BC in the dimensions they think is marijuana and take it home with zero consequences. All my stuff from China gets delivered no problem (go figure)..... They know what to look for and the company plays ignorant when you bring it to their attention "you realize it's a felony and our employees wouldn't do that". WRONG! It's only a felony if you get caught which will never happen because CP does jacks--- about customer complaints. Gets scanned at the facility and goes missing (5 TIMES!).... Doesn't take a genius to realize what's going on...

Canada Post TRACKING = COMPLETELY USELESS

The following is Canada Post's own LAME EXCUSE for their DEPLORABLE & USELESS TRACKING "service":
"We track the delivery status of packages by scanning their barcodes. Typically, we scan a package when it’s FIRST MAILED and again when it goes OUT FOR DELIVERY. (!!!!) However, sometimes there may not be any new updates for several days after the package has departed or is in transit. When packages are processed through our delivery network, certain conditions will sometimes arise where we can’t display current or past tracking events. When the package reaches its destination, a final scan will provide delivery confirmation."
If all other shipping companies can provide package scans at various locations WHY is Canada Post unable to do the same? Their shipping system is just as automated, so where the hell are all the package scans that Canada Post KEEPS TO ITSELF and uses ONLY if the package is lost? Canada Post why are you so incompetent?

Piece of 💩 company

Piece of 💩 company, lazy incompetent people work for them. They never deliver to the door. I hate ordering from companies that use their currier system. I try to avoid them at all costs. I prefer Purolator or fed ex. I wish all online companies would avoid using Canada post they suck big hairy dirty nasty balls.

Post wonders why no one send snail mail anymore it’s because they suck!!! I have a special needs son whom I cannot leave alone and they refuse to come upstairs to deliver a parcel - if I want my mail or parcel that required a signature I need to leave my son alone and this is a risk - they are lazy as they say they are not required to come upstairs . Every other carrier delivery person does this - I will no longer be shipping or mailing anything via them
I will pay a premium for other carriers !

Clerk allowed two men to cut the line

At an outlet in Shoppers Drug Mart, the clerk allowed two men to cut in line and then served them because, apparently, she knew them as repeat customers.
Meanwhile, I had been waiting patiently in line for ten minutes, and at least three other people behind me had also been waiting to be served. She ignored us in favour of the interlopers.
When I calmly pointed out to the clerk that her conduct was unprofessional, she began to perform a series of absurd stunts to deflect the guilt of her mistake.
First, she lied and said she simply spoke to them; second, she insisted that she had a right to serve anyone she pleased (apparently, despite the line-up); and third, she told me that I could take my business elsewhere if I was going to be rude.
Clearly, this clerk had an inflated sense of her position and the importance of her authority.
I informed her that the specific outlet where she worked was holding my property and, therefore, I could not go elsewhere -- I had come to collect my property.
Eventually, I received my parcel.
Here's the larger context. I had a short window of opportunity to get my stuff before I had to return to work. Because of her shenanigans, I had to return to work without my parcel, and go back to the post office outlet later in the day, thus making two trips to the outlet.
When I returned a second time the clerk didn't apologize for her attitude, but dug in her heels -- that's when they exchange occured.
She actually thought she had the right to pick and choose who she served and when she served them. She also believed she could withhold a customers parcel if she felt like it! Who thinks and acts that way??
The clerk simply doesn't know how to do her job. She was unprofessional, discourteous, and ill-informed of her duties. She ignored several customers (and by doing so insulted them) while showing preferential treatment to other customers. Her behaviour and attitude were a disgrace to the corporation.

Worst Company Ever !!!!

The Arnprior, On. office is the absolute worst. I had a postal employee aggressively put her hand in my face...I tried to have a conversation with a supervisor about it and she was not interested. She did not create a ticket number for the complaint, defended the employee cut my call short leaving me with no option but to call back. I escalated the complaint to the head office who were ok with the violent act...apparently, she was protecting the mail...ridiculous...I can't tell you how often I get other peoples mail in my postbox.

We were expecting a delivery today

We were expecting a delivery today (M4A). How is it that there are three adults home to receive the above item only to be given an "unable to deliver "notice? No one knocked, and we have a working intercom that is closely monitored yet we did not receive a call to say it was here. If called, we go to the lobby or mail room (community mailboxes) to pick it up as we have done previously. On the notice it appears that we now must wait yet another day to retrieve it from the post office, spend bus/taxi fare getting there only to have to lug it back home after paying a delivery fee.
I am disgusted by the laziness and/or indifference of our mail person who didn't appear to even take the item off the truck. This has been a problem over the years, other than today it happened most recently in May when I contacted customer service via social media and was told to call a number which in the past has involved long wait times to get a canned answer. We get multiple deliveries from other companies every week, often daily, but Canada post has become such an issue to the point that, when possible, we avoid using companies that deliver with them. Our unit overlooks the parking lot, and we can see the driver unload the truck which we rarely see larger items get taken off. Through the years we've been out of pocket when we've taken time off or had to make arrangements to pick something up and it's becoming tiresome. In order to file an official complaint, we waste time on hold to receive a canned answer that does not seem to change things.

Not delivered

The item I ordered was supposed to have been delivered on Tuesday the 18th. I was notified that the item was in my mailbox and it wasn’t there. I contacted the seller and they said that the item was handled by the post office and they were not responsible anymore. Contacted the post office and had a call back and have heard nothing since. The last item I received through the post office was torn open and the item removed and resealed and put in my mail box. No resolution was provided. Absolutely unacceptable and no one steps up to take responsibility or action to find the items. I’m out money and the items. I don’t trust them anymore to handle the products to be delivered. It’s a matter of passing the buck and no one cares. Packages go missing, delivered to wrong addresses or are stolen and no one is held accountable. NICE!!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR ATTITUDE!

I presented at Canada Post desk, and no employee present. As per notice I was directed to press button until red dot appeared. The message said someone would be with me momentarily. Almost 15 min later with 4 people behind me in the line, and continual pushing of button, still no employee in sight. Another customer left the line up and went to see if she could find someone to assist us. Finally, a big old gal ambled in and said she had been on her break and the red dot button that sends signal was broken. No apologies what so ever, and no friendliness. Service was appalling! If I had not needed to mail a parcel so badly, I would have left. This employee should be spoken to about customer courtesy. The previous employee before her was always so apologetic and courteous, it is hard to believe this person actually replaced her.

Delivered back from one home to another home address

I post my passport from bracebridge to Ottawa and they have to return back in etobicoke after printout, but Canada post sent passport directly in etobicoke and when I contact them they mentioned It is due to mistake we are sorry for that..
Well no Idea why these people work after taking dr....
Worst service ever and charged 40 dollar.

Lazy Incompetent Parasites

Lazy incompetent and outright fraudulent Postal Worker. (*PW)

So, I had a package/box (38 lbs. approx) ordered from Alberta.
Arrival date was accurate. Time was late.
Postal Truck arrives, driver wearing mask inside the truck, lol, pulls up, crossparks at the end of driveway and sits for 5 minutes. (All documented on CVCC)
PW (female) exits the PW truck, runs down driveway carrying a piece of paper in hand.
Approches my door; bends down and slips the paper into mail slot, stands up, turns and starts to run back.
I open the door before she gets away.
Me: "Hey, what did you put in my mail slot?"
P W: "A delivery slip."
Me: "Why?"
PW : "I didn't think you were home."
Me: "Here's an idea. Try knocking on my door first, so where's my package?"
PW: "In the truck."
Me: " So lemme get this st8ght, You are paid with taxpayer's monies to drive around with my package, come to my place, park your truck for 5 minutes while filling out a delivery slip, precluding no intention of knocking on my door to see if anyone is home to do your job delivering my package . . . . cuz you don't think I'm home? W T F?"
PW bows it's head, returns to truck, comes back with box/package and sets it at my door 10 feet away.
Me; "I'm disabled so could you move it closer to the door."
PW; "I need to keep a safe distance cuz I dont want to be infected."
Me; "BWAAA HAAA HAAA HAAA, you're kidding right? We're outside. Anyways, I'm going to complain."
PW; "Go right ahead."
Anyways, this has been a constant practice here for years with these grifting gubermint parasites, to do little or nothing, get thru their job in 3 or 4 hours and get paid for 8 hours.
I know as I used to socialize with a few PW's at a local pub and heard all the scams and shams CP PW stories. Drinking and dope smoking on the job too.
Given the literally 1000's of '1 star bad reviews, it's long past time to drain this parasitic pig trough of incompetents.

Whistler has the worst post office ever

The worst post office ever, terrible service, poor customer service, crazy wait lines, they are close more often than open.
How can they only be open M-F 8:00-3:00PM, when the majority of people work those same hours. basically one can't pick anything up.
This post office and how is running sucks

I needed to return some equipment to shaw cable, who have an arrangement with canada post to do so. I was told to bring the equipment and a code and that Canada post would handle the rest. Apparently not. Was told I would have to pay for packaging (special because good wasn't good enough). I didn't have a printer connected because I was moving so I needed Canada post to print out a shipping label but no they wouldn't do that either until they had approved the package. Basically they were useless.
While waiting in the short line several customers in front of me ended up angry with the workers for various reasons. The third person they brought in to speed up the lineup snapped at one of the other employees (in front of the customers) so she "took a break" and stormed off.
No customer service, and a toxic work environment from what I could see. If you have alternatives - use them.

Missing Mail

Last year I sent a registered letter to the UK and it did not arrive. Canada Post was unable to track the letter and told me that there was nothing that they could do to help me. Also, for some reason, they failed to deliver an important pension document sent to me by the UK government. Apparently, the same fate has happened to hundreds of other people. Earlier this year, it took Canada Post one month to move a letter from Calgary to Waterloo Ontario. I no longer trust Canada Post.

Terrible Canada Post Service

This is my third time having an absolutely horrible experience with Canada Post. The first time I ordered, I had a large order of home goods being delivered. I was at home the day of the delivery and the Canada Post agent decided to forego knocking on the door and instead, left a delivery notice stating that I needed to pick up my order. I went to the post office THREE times and stood in 30 minute plus lines each time due to the post office being an extremely busy location. Each time I went, the package had not been delivered to the location yet (despite it being days past the scheduled pick up time). This time, I placed two separate orders from a company that shipped through Canada Post. One was supposed to be delivered yesterday and the other today. Again, I was left two different delivery notices on both days (while I didn't go to work to ensure this would not happen again). Again, the Canada Post delivery man decided to leave a notice instead of knocking on my door. I called Canada Post and spent a significant amount of time on the chat as well, and Canada Post is offering absolutely no solution. Their reasoning is, due to COVID, the delivery driver may not be comfortable knocking on the door. I pointed out that the delivery driver would also have to touch the door in order to leave the notice and questioned how that is any different. She could not provide a response. Sarah was one of the customer service representatives I spoke to and she was absolutely no help and could not be bothered to discuss this situation or take responsibility for it whatsoever. I am so fed up with Canada Post and will no longer be shopping at companies that ship through them for this exact reason.
