I have been using this website and found it very helpful.

The site allowed me to purchase a background check for a candidate who is 17 but then they refused to run the background check because the candidate was 17. They then refused to refund me for the background check that they did not run. If they do not rectify this, I will be filing a complaint and dispute with my credit card company. Absolutely ridiculous and poor service.

I found an amazing nanny in a very short period of time.

I wish to get a host family from canada since am an experienced nanny with 4 years of experience working with children .

I paid for my subscription as a nanny and applied for a position with a family, but nanny services would not provide me with the contact number of the family even though I had paid for my subscription.

If I have paid, then I should have access to contact the family. This seems like a scam agency just waiting to get money for the subscription rather than helping nannies obtain work.

Charged me many months for an idle account and don’t do refunds and don’t notify me of the charges either. The monthly subscription isn’t cheap either. I think they’ve charged over $700 over this idle period.

It is legitimate and easy to navigate. The only reason I rate it at 4 stars instead of 5 is because families advertising for a nanny are so often still on the site many months or even years after their original post. There should be a time limit as to how long a profile is allowed to remain active.

Charged me over $600 for an idle account. No regular billing emails, no indication I was being charged.

Just incredibly easy to use. Put in the effort to make a good profile and you'll get great results.

I had a good experience. I was lucky enough and ended up finding a fantastic nanny. There were a lot of people on here just trying to find a job and thought they could be a nanny. But they didn’t have any experience or training to qualify to work with children. There are good experienced people on here but you have to sift through the rest. That was my only complaint. I wish there were more screening, for both sides actually, for Families and Nannies. Overall we had a great experience and we are very happy with our nanny!

It was great to have so many choices of local nannies. I got a lot of messages on initial post although many of the people who initially messaged me did not respond to me afterwards, (kind of like a fb marketplace experience there)... but I did find 2 people who were professional and serious and I'm looking forward to interviewing them.

I cancelled my profile completely a year ago and found that they were still charging me my subscription fee for an entire year. 1200.00 later and I’ve had no resolution or response from them. Just horrible

The service was help and did what it's intended to do. We found a nanny through this site but it wasn't without bumps along the way. We had two people set up for in person interviews. Initial phone calls were made and a date and time agreed upon. In both instances the person failed to show up. I called and texted with zero response. Meanwhile their profiles get to stay up and they can continue treating people this way. From what I could see there was no way to report this to Canadian Nanny, which is a shame. Or there should be space to write a public review so people are aware. Finding a nanny is highly stressful because it's just so important to put in the work and find the right fit for your family. Thankfully we did find that but I can't say the experience was a great one.
