Sitly charged me $39.99 x2 to get a babysitter out of town for one night. I didn’t use their babysitter. And the website cost more than I actually paid for the babysitter. $80 what a rip off, hopefully they will finally cancel it. I am going to my bank tomorrow to dispute the charges. Way to much money.
Update: they are actually charging me another month at 39.99 to make it $120. I have to cancel the payment on my credit card. Please Sitly Do not charge me another month!!!

Helpful platform for connecting with families, but communication tools matter
I had a positive experience using Sitly overall. The platform is easy to use, and it made it much easier to connect with families who are actively looking for childcare support.
What Sitly does well is making the process straightforward — profiles, messages, and job details help save time and make it easier to understand what families are looking for before starting a conversation.
I also appreciated being able to see important details like schedules, expectations, and pay ranges in many postings. That transparency helps both caregivers and families decide more quickly if there is a good fit.
One thing that would make the experience even better is continued improvement in communication and account/billing clarity (if premium features are involved), so users can clearly understand what is included and how to manage messages/contact access.
Overall, I found Sitly to be a useful platform for finding childcare opportunities and making local connections.
