MAKE IT FREE
I think it's the stupidest thing to where you have to pay to interact with any family. A few people I know were going to join but realizing its not free so they didn't join. I'm ready to withdrawal my app. SILTY....IF YOU WANT MORE PEOPLE TO JOIN, MAKE IT FREE.

With a free basic profile, babysitters can publish their profile, see other people in their area, receive and respond to messages when contacted first, and now, send instant invitations to families who show interest. These invitations are completely free and limited per day to ensure judicious use. You also have full access to all profiles in your area, without restrictions. I will change my review when I get a refund. That sums up my experience. TRIPLE make sure you cancelled your membership because there are ZERO reminder emails, so if you are under the impression you cancelled your subscription but you didn't cancel successfully, you will be charged every month until you notice. Total money grab.

Unclear billing and poor value for money
The billing and pricing structure isn’t clear. I only needed the service for a few days, but ended up paying for three months. On top of that, they charge a relatively high price while offering only a small set of features. Overall, the value doesn’t justify the cost, and the pricing could be much more transparent.

I think its a good platform for both…
I think its a good platform for both parents and babysitters, however most people are not on the premium sitly so they end up not getting the best out of the app. It's understandable as paying might be a bit pricey
