The product is amazing and the process
Was seamless. We are very happy with our canvas.

I was hesitant to buy a large canvas just in case it didn’t turn out well, but it looks amazing! I’m thrilled with my canvas - the colour quality, the material, and the wood. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get prints done on canvas. The item was shipping within the timeline they gave me.

I am very happy with my recent order from Canvas Prints Calgary. I am an artist and rely on them to make my prints of my work. I have been going with them for a few years now and I have always been happy with the service and value. They are quick, reliable and make really nice prints! You won't be disappointed!

I had 2 canvas prints made, 24x 16. I was super excited to find a local option for printing. The quality of the frame is great, the service was timely....HOWEVER, the print was crooked on the frame. This piece had a matt border incorporated with the original image, in addition the image was black and white with a strong horizon line. Both of these factors are not conducive to it being crooked. Come to think of it, what image is?
The customer service was NOT receptive to my feedback and informed me that up to 1/4" off is acceptable. Not with my photos!
There has been no offer to reprint or reimburse me. I am very disappointed, and will not recommend this business or use them again.
MY apologies, I did miss the first response. Thank you for replying, I will email you with images/proof of measurement. I was not given this option in the earlier correspondence. Moving forward, I hope that this can be resolved without name calling. Regards, Lori

I am super happy with my purchase. I found the price a bit more than the competition how ever I did get free shipping. That is something the competitors won't do unless you order a min. And besides I try to support local businesses when possible!

My experience ordering was simple and the staff emailed me asking for a better quality photo to make sure my canvas was perfect which I appreciated. Got it within days and it’s stunning!!!!

Quality of the canvases were very good. I paid extra for quick delivery to have them ready for a birthday party. I ordered 3/4 inch frames, which was the same as the matching series of canvases they will hang with. The studio sent an email saying they were going to change my order to 1.5 inch frames as an upgrade for free. It was a nice sentiment, but it is not what I wanted. I did not see the email, and did not approve the change. They went ahead with it and when I got the order I was very surprised and called in to find out what happened. They said they would reprint the order, so I asked them to make a slight change of blurring the edges on this one instead of mirroring which would look better since they had to reprint anyway. However, it was now only 2 days before the party and there was no longer time to have them delivered before the party. They said I could drive up and pick them up, which I did not have the ability to do. I asked the company to refund the express delivery option fee I'd paid, because I would not have my order in time for the party anymore. At this the owner told me there was no printing error, it was a free upgrade which I did not respond to their email about. However, you can call an unapproved change order a free upgrade, but it doesn't change the fact that they altered my order to something I did not want which then impacted me having nothing to give at the birthday party; I paid the express shipping soley to ensure that, and then they made a change with my order without consulting me or getting my permission on something I paid for. If they had fulfilled the order how I wanted in the first place, everything would have been fine. But then the owner seemed to be placing the blame on me because I didn't approve the change they made. As I said, the quality of the canvases are nice, but the experience left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.

Edit: and after the reply, changing from a 3 star to a 1 star. You can't blame this on the fact that I missed an email from you saying you were changing the order because you thought it would be better and then doing it anyway even after no one responded with approval. The fact of the matter is that is someone orders something from you, try fulfilling what they ordered as they ordered it. Not rocket science. 🤷

Second edit: what am I supposed to do with three extra prints of the same canvas? They don't work for the set and are garbage to me. That's like saying if I order chicken at a restaurant and you bring me salmon which I don't like, that I should be grateful for the salmon because you decided I should like it. The lack of accountability is a bit bizarre. I asked for a refund for the extra money I spent to get the correct items in time. You did not deliver the correct items. You're acting like I should be thanking you for correcting your own mistake, which was changing an order no one asked you to change. Done arguing about this. Have a great day.
